The place bear Naga ******. Its new. But suggest to remind housekeeping to do daily clening work. As our first 2 day stays seems missed out the cleaning until we requested.

No management. No clue about hospitality. Gym is minimal. Only 4 suntanning beds total for all customers. Chinese owned place. Mattresses has sharp wires. There was blood in the "clean" sheets. Not worth it.

The location was good and the room was clean. Also, it was very quiet at night. However, there was no hot water in the shower, which was very disappointing.

This hotel used to be a Japanese Toyoko Inn, and I think Toyoko Inn Phnom Penh is a Japanese business hotel in Phnom Penh! And the lobby always had pillows, clean slippers, pajamas, etc. ready, so it was a hotel I really liked. I couldn't forget the memories of that time, and I had a business trip to Phnom Penh for the first time in a while, so I decided to stay at this hotel for a long time. First of all, the location is fine, and it's within walking distance of Aeon Mall, but it's hot, so I use Grab or Tuk Tuk, but it's cheap and convenient to get there. The room feels a little small, but the price is very reasonable, and since it was originally a Toyoko Inn, the bathroom is at a satisfactory level. There are almost no amenities, so it's within the price range. They don't seem to take the initiative to clean the room or change towels unless you ask, so ask if necessary. They responded immediately without any complaints. The staff are all kind. I thought it was very good compared to the price.

Satisfactory and good location. The service was good and the rooms were clean. Will be happy to stay here when we visit phnom penh next.
