Excellent! Great environment, spacious rooms. I always stay here whenever I visit. The staff are all very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and the price is affordable. I highly recommend this subtropical-themed hotel.

I always choose to stay at Bali Hotel for business trips. There are many Chinese guests, and the hotel's convenient location makes it very easy to get work done. I also really like the hotel's Balinese style; it truly feels like I'm in Bali.

The room has a Balinese style, the service is excellent, and the transportation is convenient. It's definitely worth staying again.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. Bali style decor make you feel real holiday mood. Breakfast was also good. In general, great value for money.

I stayed here for work, even though it's a bit out of the way. I chose a room with a desk, but the WiFi was so weak that I ended up working at the cafe next door. The room was spacious, and the pool was also large with a shallow area, so kids could play too. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety for the price and was delicious. However, it feels very geared towards Chinese guests, which might make it a bit inconvenient for people from other countries. I have absolutely no prejudice against Chinese people, but during my stay, there were many guests with somewhat poor manners, like smoking in the dining area. I think this place would be good for Chinese guests or those who smoke.

A dead bird found in the swimming pool removed by staffs quickly.

The air conditioner leaked every night, which seriously affected my sleep. The sink was clogged and backed up with dirty water, it was so disgusting I didn't even want to use it.

Great experience overall. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back again.
