The room is spacious and has an outdoor balcony complete with table and chairs. Great for a relaxing dinner overlooking the busy Phnom Penh streets below. There is a huge bath tub, which in my opinion is the best so far, solely due to it being made to look like granite. The bottom is rough and non slippery. Air-conditioning placement is great too.

I really liked the design of the rooms . Nothing like I've seen before . The staff was kind and helpful , it was cheap and affordable. Located near the city center it was great. The only negative was no parking

Lovely rustic setting, surrounded by very traditional Cambodian feel. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The rooftop pool is beautiful

Room is clean, location is good where it was surrounded by local food stall, swimming pool is clean and nice. Definately will visit again if i travel to Phonm Penh again.

Good value for money hotel near Bassac street. Friendly service. It’s pretty basic hotel with pool in fair condition on top floor. Close to some very good bars and restaurants and tourist sites.

A decent hotel for budget travelers, with lovely balcony and a bath tub (one of a kind in its class). There are remains of previous guest's in the balcony, and the tub was not completely clean... hope to see improvement in future.

This hotel room has a bath I had a very sexy and beautiful time with my boyfriend in this place it is also close to the happening night life of Bassac the Vietnamese food is legendary! It is also not far away from the river and you can still along it to the main town area
Plus there’s a park nearby where we went to a fabulous concert!

Hotel is in a cool neighborhood, close from restaurants etc. Staff is nice and helpful (they accepted to keep my luggages for a few days). Rooms may be noisy when on street side, but overall clean and good looking with nice balcony. Swimming pool on the roof only has sun from noon to 3pm but still nice

TV doesn't work. Phone doesn't work. Safe doesn't work. The shower was installed incorrectly, so it doesn't spray water into the tub, but all over the bathroom floor.
The Wi-Fi is so slow you can't load basic web pages. No breakfast.
It is quiet, and the AC is cold. The balcony is pretty nice, and the location is decent. If you get a deal, and just need a place sleep it's ok.

The hotel is understaffed, which makes check-in and check-out so slow. The room was dirty in many places. Some room amenities are broken (a no-working tv, a broken wardrobe, a broken desk phone, etc.). And most importantly, it claims to have 24-hour hot water in Trip.com but it DIDN'T have at all and when asking the staff, the response was that it's randomly broken in some rooms. I book a hotel room not buying a lottery! check all rooms' conditions! don't make such a lame excuse!
