The location is great, close to the Tonle Sap River and surrounded by many restaurants. I also used the rooftop bar, which was relatively empty and very comfortable. I was also satisfied with having the pool and sauna all to myself.

Pleasantly surprised at the rooftop bar and restaurant and the view was amazing. It was a little warm and they asked me to move inside but I did not want to actually. I enjoy the view too much. The food is good and will definitely come back. The rooms are very clean and neat, I love the soap bar but the TV interface is not very useful and I hope they improve on this.

Overall, it was a good experience. The front desk service was excellent, but the service at the restaurant and bar could be improved.

I believe the hotel was built upon an existing old structure, and the style is simply breathtaking. Especially at night 🌃, it has a super cool vibe – my photos honestly don't do it justice. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and had everything perfectly arranged. When I arrived in the middle of the night and saw two other groups checking in, I knew I had made the right hotel choice. The hotel is situated near the Royal Palace and close to the National Museum, placing it right in the heart of the main tourist area. Most attractions are within walking distance, making it the perfect choice for travelers. I *must* mention the breakfast here; it's incredibly high quality, almost perfect. They truly understand guest needs and provide a high standard of options. A simple example is the yogurt: they don't offer generic supermarket products but instead provide homemade, unsweetened yogurt. To cater to different tastes, you have choices like plain, with passion fruit, or with diced mango. They emphasize fresh, high-quality ingredients, a comfortable and beautiful dining environment, a rich selection of low-sugar options, mild flavors, and attentive service. You definitely need to try it. Special thanks to the front desk and the restaurant. Because we had to catch a very early flight, they specially prepared convenient packed meals for us upon request, which we picked up at the front desk at 5:30 AM. That was fantastic! This is the best hotel choice in Phnom Penh.

The hotel is in the heart of Phnom Penh, a mere 5-10 minute walk from the Royal Palace and the Mekong River. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of tropical fruits and Western pastries. The staff were all lovely and very polite. While the room wasn't huge, it was incredibly comfortable.

The communication with the staff was poor. When checking out, I had to specifically ask if there were any charges, as I wasn't informed beforehand.

Very poor service experience. The service throughout the stay was extremely disappointing. The staff did not greet guests at all, and from check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no service provided. I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were particularly unprofessional and unfriendly. When the deposit was returned, the cash was dirty and even torn at the edges, which was unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards and professionalism.
