The resort is worthy of being a 5 star resort. Facilities like the pool, gym and spa are well maintained. Staff were approachable and always had a smile on their faces. They did not expect tips (I gave a handful out of appreciation of their service). Room was as per described, housekeeping does a good job. There is an onsite restaurant with affordable prices (eg cocktails at $6, food from $9-$20). I also engaged their airport transfer service, driver was very proper and drove comfortably.

The hotel is beautiful and the spa massage was the best so far in Cambodia! The only issue was the building works while trying to relax outside your room or by the pool and the dust!

Plantation Urban is an absolutely delightful hotel. We spent four wonderful days here. Our room (2096) had direct access to the pool. Fabulous rooms with extremely comfortable queen size bed and a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lunch/dinner menu was great. Terrific food - absolutely delicious. Great chefs! We have been travelling for 6 months in Asia and choose this hotel for the last 4 days rest before heading to Europe. Plantation has a modern contemporary feel, beautifully designed and presented. The pool is a tropical oasis with a variety of comfortable seating options to laze away the day. We loved the 30mtr pool to swim laps in. The tropical lush gardens keep the pool area cool and inviting. plantation Urban deserves 5 star boutique rating. I would recommend coming here when their partial renovations are completed. Didn’t hear anything in the rooms but could be heard when at the pool but not loud enough for us to not enjoy this gorgeous hotel.
