A horrible and unsafe stay. the room was dirty with bugs and stained sheets. However, the biggest issue was safety: someone attempted to enter my room at 3 PM. Even after I shouted for them to go away, they kept trying to open. It was genuinely terrifying. I tried to contact the reception, but no one was responding. In the morning, I saw who was trying to open my door from the security camera footage. Please be careful and avoid staying here.

Have a good big room and all you need. Bonus this time, first floor. Nice balcony also

"I had a terrible experience at RS II Hotel. The room was in complete disrepair; the air conditioning was broken, making the room uncomfortable, and the washroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly. However, the worst part was the attitude of the staff. When I complained to the responsible person and asked to move rooms, I was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. He literally told me, "Every room is the same, all rooms have broken things." It is unacceptable for a hotel to knowingly rent out broken rooms and refuse to fix them. There is zero maintenance here and the management does not care about guest comfort. Do not waste your money here

I was trying to go cheap to get more days inthe war climate. That was my mistake. The bed had to be more than 50 years old. The inersprings had no springs to them at all. I could have dealt with that but the Bed Bugs was too much. I had booked for 12 days but only stayed for 1.5. The bathroom was nice with new tile and fixtures and the floor was nice. It was small but I was ok with the size. There was always some one at the tiny office at the front door and they were friendly. Trip.com was very helpful and refunded the remainder of my stay very quickly without any hassle. I am still very happy with Trip.com even though it was a bad hotel.

Pros: near Royal Palace, National Museum, restaurants and convenient stores Cons: Old facilities, room not clean, old sag bed not comfortable to sleep on. Not recommend for long stay.
