SKY Residence - Rooms & Apartments - 50m to Royal Palace

I strongly do not recommend staying at SKY Residence - Rooms & Apartments. My experience here was extremely disappointing: Parking: There is no proper parking space available, which is very inconvenient. Room: The room is ugly, poorly maintained, and completely different from expectations. Environment & Quality: The overall environment is bad, and every category—cleanliness, location, service, and amenities—deserves a 1/5 terrible rating.

The pillows cases are dirty as well as the mattress and floor. I paid for 4 persons and 2 queen beds but they put us in one small room with 1 bed and 1 old broken sofa. Hope they’ll fix this problem next time.

This place the absolute worst ever in Phnom Penh. They had no refrigerator even though it was in the advertisement online, they had no tea kettle, and they had no TV well fun the looks of it someone may have removed it. The staff was bipolar one minute they're all smiles and the next they are frowning are you. I requested a room change and they refused to change my room. The manager I only saw him twice and he was never around and when you needed help they were always on their phones playing video games and giving you an attitude when you asked for clean towels or water or toilet paper. The toilet was rocky and unmounted to the floor properly you could smell feces and urine and the floor would be flooded with that back wash of nasty water floating at your feet. This place was nasty and gross just like their staff. I wouldn't let my dog stay here

It really amazing we like it I think it is also beneficial for those who want to visit famous places

Great location and spacious room. The hotel is just a short walk from the National Museum and the Royal Palace. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

Great location near the Royal Palace, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The room and bed were acceptable, but cleanliness needs improvement. Service was disappointing, and some amenities were either missing or not properly maintained. Suitable mainly for travelers who prioritize location over comfort and service quality.

This is a terrible, awful small hotel(different from photos advertising) dirty room & bedsheets. Balcony is very dangerous (fence only 1.00m high) The female owner curses at the staff using vulgar language and shouts loudly in front of guests. She has no service manners and knock on guest 's room doors like there's a fire. No manage system. The staff don't wear uniforms, they look like street youngsters. There's no confidence in the safety here. I would not recommend this hotel ever.

The people at hotel were very rude

Nice hotel to stay with friends
