We had a wonderful stay at the Palace gate hotel and resort. The staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is so delicious. The spa was okay, but not amazing. Thanks to Lina, she was very helpful and responsive. If we come back to Phnom Penh, we will definitely choose the Palace Gate Hotel again.

The hotel was superb. It was located in the heart of the city and the room was great. The breakfast had many choices to choose from. The restaurant also had a good menu. Highly recommended for stay in Phnom Penh.

Warm and friendly staff. Great location right by the river and the Royal Palace. Clean room and spacious bathroom. Surprisingly good room service. Local and Western buffet breakfast. The Spa has very professional massage therapists. All in all a good experience.

A great location with decent facilities - just make sure you get a pool facing room. The hotel has a really friendly team and we received excellent service thanks to manager Linda and the front desk team.

Very comfortable stay. We checked into this hotel again when we returned to Phnom Penh. Excellent service from staff. Poolside service was amazing and the food was great too. Close to many local attractions.

Beautiful old hotel right opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel grounds make you feel like you're surrounded by nature. The rivrr promenade is a 3 minute walk away.
Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Western, Asian and local Cambodian food.
After arriving quite late, Mealea restaurant was great for dinner. We had a few drinks, a salad and 2 local dishes which came to around $45.
Overall, a lovely place to stay and will definitely return.

US Dollars given on check out for the return of the hotel deposit were tarnished by ink. Meaning a loss of money!

This is my 5th stay in the hotel and 1st one as a tourist. Since my previous stay in 2018 - nothing changed, it's still the best hotel in Phnom Penh. Staff, services, room, food and swimming pool are great as usually. Thank you 😀
