The front desk service was excellent; someone was even waiting to greet us at the main entrance when we arrived in the middle of the night. All the staff greeted us with smiles and a 'wai' (hands pressed together), which made us feel very welcome. The restaurant's ambiance and food were both fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding greenery were also very pleasant. The location is superb, right by the palace, and within walking distance of the Mekong River and the night market!

Location is great. It’s just beside the gate of the Palace. You can feel the hospitality at the moment when you push open the door of lobby. The atmosphere of traditional Khmer style deco dragged you into a warm and beautiful relaxation. The choices for breakfast buffet is abundant. The swimming pool is lovely. The only concern is: the return of deposit is so late. 🧐

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The pool area is tropical and beautiful. Great use of a small space. The room was a bit tired and in need of a make over. Easy to get everywhere.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Grand Palace. The breakfast was delicious, the service was excellent, and the gym was pretty good too.

The location is excellent, right next to the Grand Palace, and just a few steps from the Tonle Sap River. The security guard at the entrance provided excellent service; he helped us re-order a car to the airport after a tuk-tuk arrived instead of a car. The breakfast was also very rich and the pool is beautiful.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the facilities. The breakfast was adequate but could be improved in flavor. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte lunch. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay — we especially loved spending time at the pool.
