There are a million tiny ants, and some of them have gone into my laptop keyboard. I might have swallowed a few. I got really ill on the second day - maybe it was the ants, maybe the water. My 8th week in SEA, so I haven't just arrived and am still adjusting. There was a cockroach ON THE BED the first night. It crawled somewhere before I could catch it and get rid of it, so needless to say my nights were quite sleepless. The gym is very basic, and also not air conditioned well (there is a sign that says 'sweat, no air conditioning' how about fainting?). The pool looks better in the photos, it's actually worse for wear, and the water is kind of yellowish. The location is good.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, the location is very convenient and practical — I have nothing negative to say about that. It’s in a good area and easy to get around. However, the hotel clearly seems to have been designed by Chinese owners primarily for Chinese guests. Everything was in Chinese — the TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and even the stove. At the very least, the TV could have offered some international content for non-Chinese guests. In terms of cleanliness, there is definitely room for improvement. There were ants on the sofa, which was quite disappointing, and the bathroom could also have been better maintained. The swimming pool area was also not properly cleaned — there were plastic bottles floating in the water, which was very unpleasant to see. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel would benefit from better cleaning standards and a more international-friendly setup.
