The room is nice and tidy, and it comes with a washing machine, dryer, a functional kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, etc. It is also suitable for long stays.

Good service I will return. I enjoyed my stay.

It was so cozy and comfy

We rented a 2bed/2bath for a volleyball tourney. This was perfect proximity to the convention center just about 5-10 mins. Loved the space for 2 people, the kitchen was perfect and since we stayed nearly a week, having the closeness of home with groceries to keep was ideal. There a lots of nearby places to eat, both fancy and fast food. Room was sleek, industrial but warm and cozy. Very clean place, easy checkin / checkout, mostly digital and easy to use. We used the pool everyday and that was not busy like a hotel. Kitchen had all the things we needed as did the rooms. Highly recommend!

Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The listing said that parking was NOT available at the property . I called to confirm and they told me that it is a private garage that is part of the building and costs $24/night . Luckily I called and asked . I had a rental car and needed parking . If I hadn’t callled , then I would have passed on the property because I needed parking . I literally reserved the property 30 minutes before I arrived . They send you a link that you have to complete . It’s like a check in type questionnaire . A bit annoying as they don’t seem to accept or honor the pre filled information from ******* . I was very happy with the accommodations , friendly staff , price and location (chose location because I wanted to be fairly close to Chase field )

They need to change their check-in policies to operate like a normal hotel and not have a security check stage that delays you getting to your room. They need to have a standard check in full service lobby that can deal with key issues and do wake up calls like a normal hotel.

The staff made check in very easy, the place is very clean, secure and centrally located in downtown Phoenix. The pool is gorgeous and has beautiful views of downtown.

It was amazing! And so close to the stadium. Parking to check in was so smooth. I’ll always stay here when I go to downtown Phoenix.
