DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix North

For some reason trip.com doesn't get the information that a pool was closed but I've had this happen several times. I asked if the pool was heated and they said it was closed for a few months 🤣🤣🤣

One of the worst experience i have ever had. Hotel system was down and they didnt see our reservation and waited for almost 3 hours. After that they said they have no rooms available. After trip.com assistance we have got the room. I was shocked after i entered to the room. This can not be Double Tree hilton hotel it seemed 3 star hotel. Air condition works like old machines too noisy and couldnt sleep

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.

it was not bad , food choices could be better and maybe rooms cleaned more often
