This is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. The comforter kind of freaked me out as it looked like it was growing mold (see photo), but I just tried to think it was the cotton in the comforter all bunched up, at least that made me sleep better.

Very nice boutique hotel set apart from the standard travelers hotel I'm accustomed to for business travel. Thus was a fun treat and very hip and clean. The lication is excellent within close proximity to food and the aurport. I will be staying here again.

Very cute property but staff is very new and a lot of things get missed. WiFi wasn’t working in my room, was on a business trip - and they never were able to resolve. Bar staff also wasn’t aware of daily specials that were listed on the website + not super friendly to be honest. A bit disappointed in the overall experience

The hotel is pretty cool vintage mid century vibes. things to consider tho, concrete floors make for loud noises when neighboring guests scoot chairs etc across the floors. The bar/restaurant can be heard in your room as well.

I have stayed here a few times because I love the vibe, and before this last experience I had genuinely raved about the property and looked forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this most recent visit felt very off. Before going to the pool, hotel staff stopped guests to search their bags. Since I had already checked out that day and was heading to the airport later, I had my laptop bag with me containing my personal belongings. When I was asked to “check my bag,” I assumed they meant checking it for safekeeping. I politely declined because I needed access to it for work. Instead, I was firmly told, “No, I need to search through your bag.” She then proceeded to sift through my personal bag in front of other guests and my female co worker, pulling out my underwear and change of shorts while people were standing nearby waiting to be seated. It was incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly inappropriate. I can understand security measures for non-guests, but I was a paying hotel guest. What exactly was the concern — that I might have a granola bar or a bottle of water in my backpack? The entire interaction felt excessive and unnecessary. Taking this policy to this level feels completely unacceptable, especially as a professional who often stays at hotels and works remotely by the pool while traveling. Working poolside is very common for me, but exposing myself to the humiliation of having my laptop bag searched before entering is enough to make me think twice!

Hotel was very clean. No issues. I like that you are assigned a lounge chair by the pool upon entrance and that is your chair for the rest of the day so we could go out for lunch and come back without worry. Excellent pool side service! The staff is very attentive.

Great stay. Staff was awesome at the front desk, the swim club and the rooftop bar. Great vibe, great location and very comfortable accommodations. Check in and out was a breeze. No complaints, I'd stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting Phoenix for my graduation, and I really wanted to love this place. Upon arrival, the general manager was very kind and welcoming—he even gave us popsicles, which was a nice touch and made a great first impression. However, our experience quickly changed. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. Before our stay, I called on Tuesday evening to confirm the pool hours and was told it would be open until 11 PM. The general manager also confirmed this upon our arrival. The night of my graduation, after a long day and late afternoon photo shoot, my husband and I went to the pool around 8:15 PM—well before the stated closing time. Unfortunately, we were stopped by the bar manager, who blocked our way and told us the pool was closed. When I mentioned we were told it closes at 11 PM, he responded by yelling. I told him I could hear him and there was no need to raise his voice. Instead of apologizing or calmly explaining, he continued to be dismissive and rude, blaming the music. We were not trying to argue or force entry—we simply expected clear and respectful communication. Even a simple “I’m sorry, the pool is closed tonight” would have been enough. To make things more confusing, a staff member mentioned that the pool lights had not been working for months, which raises concerns about misinformation being given to guests. It felt like the manager just didn’t want to serve guests at the pool.It was also uncomfortable to witness how he spoke to
