Really the only thing I enjoyed about the stay is that is was within walking distance of the Convention Center and downtown. My daughters room has clothes in the closet and noticeable hair in the shower when she arrived so she had to be given a new room. Parking is ridiculous! The self parking garage is $25, the hotel up charges you to $34 which is a rip off then valet is $44 and it literally took over an hour for my truck to be brought to the front after calling for it through the valet service. We had to find another ride to get my daughter to the airport on time then go back to the hotel to pick the truck up. Would not stay here again nor recommend it.

The pillows are terrible! There are 4 pillows on the bed, and each one is the same, FLAT! We tried sleeping with 2 each and that didn't work. If you're going to put 4 pillows on the bed, offer 2 that are firmer. Give your customers an option. I bet more people want a pillow with substance versus one without.
