Very thoughtful room arrangement, excellent staff, room amenities are very nice, quiet and peaceful, in walking distance to nice restaurants, beautiful view, breakfast was better than most Thai breakfasts at a hotel. The only thing is the water isn't too warm and not enough to make a nice hot bath.

I really loved the hotel. It was very comfortable and convenient. The cafe downstairs and the guest rooms upstairs are perfectly separated, so there was no noise disturbance from below. I'm just waiting for the hotel to confirm that my stay is complete so I can receive my cashback.

I was a little concerned about the darkness of the stairs leading up to the hotel at night, but other than that I was very satisfied. There were plenty of electrical outlets, which was nice. The view from the window was also amazing.

Very good service, impressed with every service from walk in until check out. They are very friendly and I will come back to stay with my girlfriend again. My girlfriend really likes the service and the beautiful view of the accommodation. 10/10, no deductions at all.

My husband. and I spent only one night there on our trip to Ayutthaya and we loved this Residence soo much . The room was modern, clean and very big ; The interior spaces of Syama overlooking the river were very beautiful charming and relaxing ; the night time view of he temples was priceless . Breakfast was up to the standard , with a well stocked buffet as well as an a la carte menu offering a variety of dishes to choose from. The Residence doesn’t have its own restaurant but just a few metres away there is one where we had an excellent dinner , also with a view of the river . Definetly a place we would recommend .
