Clean and good atmosphere. Staff are very attentive, lovely, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

Pros: This traditional Thai house is very cute. The staff are so nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the place is clean. Cons: the AC is in no way capable of keeping this hot box cool mid day in June. It was so miserable hot with the fan and AC on high we had to leave. Better at night but it was really bad as soon as the sun came out. No AC in bathroom so it’s always hot. The door Tøth bathroom has a board at the bottom and low clearance. So as a tall man I was basically crawling into a hole in the wall to use the bathroom at night. You can see out the walls and floors in the morning as sunlight comes into the home. It’s like a log cabin. Few extra amenities available. No toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. Had to go hunting for extra toilet paper as it’s not kept in the bathroom. Bugs! The home has spider webs in different areas. Breakfast was included and it was good, but we alerte absolutely destroyed by bugs and flies waiting outside for food and while we ate. It was a miserable meal due to this.

Great place to stay during your time in Ayuthaya. Conveniently located with friendly staff to help you at any time, clean facilities and quiet despite being just off the busy strip.

A cozy, beautiful, clean, and quiet place. For breakfast, they ask about preferences and serving times. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away. Large restaurants are located along the river; it's best to take a taxi. There are mosquitoes in the evenings, so you need to book a taxi. It's very atmospheric; it really relaxes your soul.

A truly authentic Thai stilted house with a traditional all-wood structure. Accommodation is upstairs, breakfast downstairs. The rooms have been renovated, and the bathroom facilities and air conditioning are excellent. Falling asleep to the sound of cicadas and waking up to birdsong was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is a renovation of an old house with a very good courtyard design. The artistic design inside the hotel is also very distinctive. The rooms are large, and each room has two beds to meet the accommodation needs of a family. In addition, there are soft drinks and beer in the kitchen refrigerator. I especially recommend this B&B.

Our family of three checked in. The hotel did not have a formal "front desk reception", but there was a staff member waiting. After taking a passport photo, we checked in and breakfast was prepared for us the next day. There was no cleaning service in the room. We were arranged to stay in a room on the first floor, which had a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The room was very large and comfortable. The house was relatively old, and the atmosphere of Thai people's life was everywhere. Because it was on the first floor, there were windows all around. Although there were curtains, you could always vaguely see the interior through the gaps in the curtains. In addition, this door lock, I don't know how to describe it. I think a weak woman like me can kick it open with one foot... There was a serious lack of security, especially when sleeping. This hotel is a family-style courtyard. It is really comfortable, but there is no sense of security, because there is no gate in this courtyard, and you can enter and exit the courtyard freely. It was interesting to decorate the room with old antiques. The room was spacious and the family was comfortable. The surroundings of the house were pretty.

The environment is so-so; it's located in a large courtyard and is just a typical guesthouse, but the price is on the high side. There's practically no service to speak of. Breakfast is also very basic. Not recommended.
