The location is fine – it's near the train station and attractions in Ayutthaya. You can find 7-Eleven, night markets, and local restaurants nearby. The room is average. No hot water, and mosquito bites during sleep were annoying. The condition of the towels isn't great. You can hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The A/C was fine, and the bed was okay. They provide daily room cleaning.

This place is fine for a solo traveler looking for a cheap stay, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for couples or families. Things that bothered me: - Couldn't figure out how to lock the door. - As other reviews mentioned, there's no hairdryer. - Lots of ants around the sink faucet. For someone like me trying to save money, the location was good, and I rented a bike for two days, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.

Aiyara House in Ayutthaya is a lovely place to stay if you want comfort and convenience. The location is excellent: it’s within walking distance of the night market, main historical attractions, and even the train station, which makes getting around very easy. The rooms are clean and feel cozy after a long day of sightseeing. A/C, hot water and Wi-Fi works great. Good bed, a nice table with two chairs and the fridge. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a calm, friendly, and great-value stay that makes exploring Ayutthaya even more enjoyable.

The location is good, but the building is too old and bathroom terrible with water leaking from the ceiling and strong light from outside facing bathroom window lighting all inside the bathroom and room.making it difficult to sleep.

When we arrived at the reception we had to ring a bell, after some time someone arrived. The person didn’t say hello, just took a piece of paper and pointed at it (We guess he didn’t speak any English). When we finished the check-in, the room was really nice. It was clean, 2 free bottles of water every day and had a nice bathroom. Simple but you have everything you need. The room was very big and had a nice airconditioning. Overall is this place a excellent quality for the price.

I liked the spot so much I booked it again. There was no need to swap the room. Check-out was flexible. There were no obstacles. The owners even served me with some nice treats.
