"This is one of my favourite places to visit. I've been coming here every time I can since 2004. Stunning traditional (and also modern) buildings and amazing gardens. It's tranquil, It's restful, If you're an artist, writer, or musician like me it's a great place to escape the world and focus on your creative side. I love checking in to one of the traditional rice barns and enjoying basking on the balconies. It's one of my favourite places in the world. Actually ignore this post. Don't go there! I want it all to myself!"

"I recommend this place if you're going to see the tamarind tree in the middle of the water. Staying here feels like staying at a relative's house; it's very warm and welcoming. Uncle Oun and Aunt Thip are lovely and even offered to take us for a drive to explore nature. It's a shame we were tired and wanted to rest more, but we'll definitely come back. P.S. 1: The restaurant behind the guesthouse is a simple, home-style place where Auntie makes delicious, authentic local food. P.S. 2: Wat Phra That Doi Wiang Chai Mongkol is very beautiful. If you're staying in this area, I recommend visiting it."
