1. Front desk staff in a night shift (lady) could not understand & communicate in English well 2. Front desk staffs assigned me wrong type of room (I booked river view room in trip.com but they provided me city room at first) 3. Cleanliness in common spaces / areas are quite poor 4. Overall cleanliness in my room is quite good. But seems like maid did not take care some parts for a long time (as attached photo) 5. Breakfast is not that good

Good hotel and nice view

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. They have delicious food as well that you can try at the 11th floor plus the bonus of swimming on the rooftop with topnotch view of the city. surely I will keep on coming back.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had no problem getting a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is also convenient for traveling and shopping. It's a great value for money and I'll definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

When I was taking a shower, I bumped into the stainless steel rack next to me. The bottom plate was thin and the edge was like a blade. My skin was broken and bleeding instantly. The key point was that the waiter came and only had a band-aid. There was no mercurochrome or iodine. He didn't even go to buy some. I put on the band-aid and tore it off the next morning to find that it was infected. Then the daytime waiter arranged to buy mercurochrome. Speechless.

Environmental: One side of the hotel is close to the highway, and the traffic noise is loud, especially on the lower floors. Hygiene: The bed sheet replacement cycle is unclear, and it is unclear how often the sheets will be changed. Facilities: The rain screen next to the sink is too wide, and there is a high chance of your arm hitting it.

Dissatisfied. There were no windows and three mirrors, two of which faced the bed, and two of which faced each other. Very bad feng shui. The hallway was eerie and uncomfortable. The first-floor lobby was empty, with no one sitting there. Dissatisfied with the breakfast.

The environment and service are average, and the price is reasonable. The wifi is really, almost zero. A cost-effective choice. In addition, the noise is a bit loud, maybe I am more afraid of noise.

High cost performance, clean and sanitary, suitable for business trips
