Star Hill Village Resort Phu Quoc

The grounds are beautiful and green. I liked the location. It has a dacha-like atmosphere. Everything is close by. The downsides are that it's noisy in the bungalows by the pool due to the nearby station and the humming air conditioners. For breakfast, you get pho bo or rice with an egg. I think there's banh mi too. Breakfast is served until 9:30 AM.

The open-air bathroom in my room was right next to the road, making it impossible to shower comfortably. I constantly felt exposed and worried about being spied on, even using the toilet at night was unnerving. The dim bathroom had one light covered in cobwebs 🕸️, and the sink was swarming with small bugs. The only redeeming quality was their breakfast, which was truly delicious. However, despite staying in a double room with breakfast for two, when I asked for an extra bowl, it came with very little topping and rice noodles.

The hotel management is a disaster. I was trapped in my room due to a broken door, sweating bullets ㅠㅠㅠ. They told me to call the front desk if I saw snakes or bugs, but there was no phone...ㅠㅠ. I was stuck in the room for 10 minutes and barely managed to squeeze out through a gap. I requested a refund, and they offered another room. When I went to the second floor, the AC was broken...ㅠㅠㅠ. They refused a refund, so I took a Grab to another accommodation. Please note, the facilities are the worst...ㅠㅠㅠ. I just wasted my money and am utterly disgusted. I did not stay overnight yesterday and demand a full refund. I plan to share this on all platforms...;;;;

The room was incredibly clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bedding smelled fresh and was perfectly laundered. All necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a TV, were provided. The staff were also very friendly, always greeting me warmly and assisting me promptly whenever needed. I had a comfortable and reassuring stay. This accommodation is suitable for both short vacations and business trips. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely choose this place.
