Great hotel, great location, great breakfast, excellent staff! Will definitely stay here again.

👍🏻👍🏻 The service was acceptable, though staff lacked smiles. Breakfast was fine, and the location was good – only a 5-minute walk to the night market. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Check-out took a full 20 minutes; they checked everything so thoroughly, you'd think I was stealing something. On the morning of August 18, 2026, my fourth day there, it was raining heavily and the entire hotel experienced a power outage. Later that evening, around 9 PM local time, the power tripped twice more, plunging the whole hotel into darkness each time. Although power was restored within a minute for all three incidents, having it go out like that at night really gave me a fright. It would be terrifying if you're afraid of the dark, especially with the sound of the waves adding to it. Honestly, many shops on the street outside had power outages that day, but I never expected the hotel to be affected as well.

The infinity pool is great, perfect for families with kids. The location is also excellent, with a night market just 500 meters away. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and English communication is absolutely no problem.

For the last two days of our trip to Phu Quoc, we just wanted to relax at the hotel with the kids, and Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa was perfect for families. The infinity pool, beach, and lounge chairs downstairs were simply amazing. The kids absolutely loved the pool, playing in the morning and afternoon. When they got tired, they'd dig in the sand, which made it super easy for the adults. The breakfast buffet was also very rich and varied.

We saw many travelers recommend this so we booked a night to try out. The check in process was okay, unfortunately they are not able to upgrade our room to a sea view even thou all the room are not fully booked and we requested because is our honeymoon. The receptionist was snobbish and kind of look down on us. Nevertheless, we accepted the room and when we enter the room, we felt like we are living in a big toilet area. Reason is because they put a big bathtub in front of toilet and its surround doesn’t have wall, only a blind. Room was relatively small and old style kind of feeling. Pool was nice though and breakfast is good and decent. But this hotel had too many Korean tourists and they often quite loud and reluctant. We probably would not come back

Room was big and comfortable. Near to the main king kong mart, take Grab for 5-10 minutes. Hotel provided airport transfers. Breakfast selection sufficient.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I received a free upgrade and the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast spread was amazing. The location is also very central in the Duong Dong area and the pool was very pictureseque right in front of the beach. They give you free usage of the sauna as well. Do make sure to book the airport shuttle 2 days in advance by emailing them.

The room was clean and the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the night market. There's a whole street of massage parlors right next to the hotel. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The paid dinner buffet was HKD 180 per person, and it was pretty standard, though the fried rice was good. Check-in and check-out were a bit slow. Other than that, there were no major downsides.

The hotel location is convenient and near to airport. Easy access to night market and shops around. The room is cleaned and staff are friendly.

The hotel is centrally located, about a 30-minute drive south to Sunset Town and a 40-minute drive north to VinWonders, which is super convenient. It's also just a 3-minute walk to Duong Dong Night Market! 👍

The location is excellent, with the night market just nearby, which is very convenient. The room is clean, breakfast is plentiful, and the service attitude is good. The scenery is picturesque, and I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the pool.

Had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was smooth and easy. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Would love to stay here again!

Small hotel. However, their protection for ensuring comfort is not taken to be their prority. A group of guest were drink and talking and laughing loudly up to 3am by the pool side !!. Hotel rooms directly above can hear all the shouting and laughter and unable to sleep and the management did not take any action until complaints were made. The reception counter is just inside not very far away . Funny how they can't hear the commotion at the wee hours of morning?.

The actual photos and the sea view of the accommodation were a bit different from what was advertised. The bathtub and the room were not separated, which was a bit inconvenient. There wasn't much to eat for breakfast either, so I was quite disappointed, more than I expected. The kids' cafe was also not really a kids' cafe... Given the room price, I wouldn't recommend it. I regret not having gone to Sonasi. The staff were all kind and great though! And the swimming pool was surprisingly small too...
