STRONG NOT RECOMMENDED – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMO PHOTOS! My stay at Hillside Nursery Apartment was an absolute disaster – a total waste of money and time. Please think twice before booking this place! First impressions were awful: The moment we entered the building, I was hit by a strong smell of dampness and mildew. The entire lobby and corridors reeked of this musty, humid odor – like the place has never been properly ventilated. The condo was even worse – walls and furniture felt damp and sticky to the touch. Absolutely uncomfortable. Extremely poor maintenance and hygiene: The maintenance here is a joke! Walls and toilet doors were damaged. The kitchen sink sealant was around with mold with black dots – clearly never cleaned for ages. The bedsheets were pilled, rough, and looked like they hadn't been changed at all. I couldn't even sleep properly – it just felt so unhygienic. False advertising – the view: I was on the 10th floor, and guess what? The only view was a full-scale construction site – poor seaview unlike what you saw on the promo photos. Bathroom and pool – total disappointment: The bathroom was stuffy with terrible ventilation – nothing like the photos online. As for the so-called swimming pool? It was falling apart – cracked tiles, broken fixtures, and the water looked murky and unchanged for who knows how long. No way I was getting in. Positive comment: If I had to say one good thing, it's the convenient location to the cable car station and the 3.min fireworks at.night. But you can.see it anywhere at the sunset town. so that absolutely does NOT make up for everything else. overpriced condo: For this quality, a 1-bedroom is worth at most $40 USD, and a 2-bedroom maybe $50. But I paid over $95 USD per night – completely ridiculous and not worth it at all! Suggestions: If you're on a budget, there are plenty of french style boutuque hotels in the $60-70 range that are WAY cleaner and nicer. This place is dirty, old, dishonest, and overpriced. DO NOT STAY HERE- you'll thank yourself later!

The apartment is clean and the view from the 19th floor is awesome! We got a clear view of the fireworks from the balcony and can even watch both shows though it was far. The room is clean and the toilet is spacious. Air-con is working well overall a comfortable stay. Checked in wad okay, just need to call through Trip.com to get to the staff who guided us to look for Rosie agency which is along the road. They gave us clear instructions for check in and how to open the door. However blankets and toilet paper were limited to one set and if you need more you have to get it from Rosie. Even then the staff did not understand me clearly so in the end I only got the bedsheets but not the extra blanket.

The location is very convenient, being close to the Sunshine Cable Car station. Check-in is handled at the Rosie apartment travel office, which is located on Level 1 of the apartment building. However, the check-in process was quite slow. There were only two agents available when we arrived and it took about 20 minutes to complete the check-in. The room air conditioning was not working well, and the shower had very low water pressure. These issues affected the overall comfort of our stay. That said, the highlight of the room (level 7) was the spectacular view. The fireworks from the Symphony of the Sea show could be seen directly from the balcony of our room, which made up for many of the minor inconveniences and created a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at your place. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. As a small suggestion for further improvement, it would be helpful to provide a broom and a dish drying rack. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room is excellent and fully equipped with amenities. As an apartment, it offers a fantastic vantage point for watching the fireworks.
