Soul Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc

This hotel is simply amazing! The sea view is a wonderful bonus to the high-class service. It's the most hospitable hotel I've ever encountered. My husband and I stayed here as a couple, without children, and it's the perfect spot for couples! The vibe at the beach pool is incredible (great music), the service is excellent, and the breakfasts are top-notch in terms of presentation and quality! Everything was just 'wow'! We rode bikes (free from the hotel) every morning, and this location is ideal for such rides. Kiet at the reception is an absolute sweetheart, and another girl helped us communicate with the car rental company. We've moved to a more expensive hotel now, but we already miss Soul Boutique… We'll definitely be back!

I usually don't leave hotel reviews, but this hotel's value for money and service were so outstanding that I felt compelled to write a detailed one! The hotel facilities are very compact yet have everything you need. The pool is a three to five-minute walk away, but you get to enjoy coconut trees and sea views along the way, so I don't see it as a drawback. The room has two small terraces with a view reminiscent of the South of France. The entire building is very artistic and clean! If I had to pick a downside, it would be the lack of businesses around the hotel, but this also makes it very quiet! The breakfast wasn't great, and could definitely be improved. On the plus side, the hotel gives you a complimentary homemade ice cream every day! It's absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Oreo flavor; it's the best Oreo ice cream I've ever had!

The room I booked on Trip.com was a bit different, so when I arrived at the hotel, I upgraded and was re-assigned a room. I paid extra for it. ^^ I used a lot of the facilities. The location was great, right in front of the beach. However, the staff's response and handling skills were inexperienced and a little unfriendly.

The room was super beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and there's a shuttle service to their sister hotel, allowing access to all shared facilities. There are two pools, both of which are very clean.

The hotel is right by the sea, which was lovely and very comfortable. My kids, who love playing in the ocean, were extremely happy. They also insisted on giving the breakfast a positive review. Taking a bike ride along the coast was really relaxing. There's also a night market conveniently located very close by.

Excellent value for money! For this price, breakfast is included, there are bathrobes, and the staff speak English and provide wonderful service! The beach is right in front, and they even provide towels, bags, and sandals for the beach in the room, which is great! The free ice cream service was also very much appreciated in hot Vietnam!

The room was a decent size with a small balcony. It was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The hotel is right next to the beach, and sun loungers are free to use. There's also a swimming pool. The hotel offers free airport transfers, but the times are fixed. Breakfast is included in the room rate; you can order up to two main courses and three drinks per person, and it was tasty and Instagram-worthy. Dinner was also good, and guests get a 20% discount. Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary and refilled daily. They also provide two ice cream vouchers that you can redeem at the front desk anytime. The hotel offers various free activities, and you can take a buggy to their sister hotel's resort next door to participate. I tried the hotel's hot stone massage; the service was excellent. The price was certainly higher than outside, but with a 30% discount for guests, I found it acceptable. The hotel's front desk staff all spoke excellent English, so communication was seamless. Ms. Nhung's service was particularly patient and meticulous—highly recommended! Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I visit Phu Quoc!

The best hotel of our 30-day trip. The front desk staff were wonderful and attentive. The room was very clean, and the shower amenities were high quality. Housekeeping was good. Every day, we got water in glass bottles and coffee 😻 The pool was nice, breakfast was à la carte, and the coffee was the most delicious, salty kind. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel in Phu Quoc! Waking up to the sea view and enjoying a rich breakfast every morning was amazing. The room was super clean. My sister and I cycled, swam, sunbathed, and sipped coffee daily – pure bliss! 😁 Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone 😉
