We were assigned to an apartment near Anna Hotel, not the Anna Hotel itself. The accommodation looked exactly like the photos on Trip.com. Although small, it was perfectly fine for two people. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and they kindly answered all our questions. We easily used the Hon Thom Island Water Park with facial recognition. They also provided buggy service to the breakfast restaurant. The view was great, and the rooftop pool was large and nice. Being able to watch the fireworks was a big plus! Thanks to Anna Hotel, we had a delightful trip to Phu Quoc!

We stayed in an apartment separate from the main hotel. We really liked the room, especially having a mini-kitchen and a washing machine. We even saw fireworks from the balcony! Breakfast was a bit disappointing though; the cafe looked quite unappealing. The food selection was very limited, with no vegetables or fruits, although the staff was very friendly. Getting to breakfast also took some time, so we only went once.

My experience with Anna Hotel was great! The room package included the cable car & water park access. You don’t even need a physical ticket. The receptionist will scan your face using facial recognition upon check-in, so on the day you’re going to the cable car and water park, you just need to inform the staff that you’re from Anna Hotel, scan your face, and you’re good to go. As for Muslim travellers — the hotel doesn’t have halal food options, as their breakfast is served at a different restaurant offering a Vietnamese menu. I’d advise packing your own RTE meals or getting takeaway from a halal restaurant the night before. If you’re staying in a suite room, there’s a microwave available to heat up your food. Overall, the hotel is very strategically located. It’s not too close to the beach, but that’s fine for me since you’ll be walking a lot in Sunset Town anyway — every corner is Instagrammable. The room is clean, the shower is clean, and they have beautiful European-style tiles too. The bed is comfy and cozy. I’d definitely recommend Anna Hotel! It’s a 9/10!

1. When checking into the hotel, we registered our facial recognition and received two free cable car tickets, which also included entry to Kiss Bridge. 2. It was cleaner than expected, had an elevator, and drinks were provided in the fridge. 3. We stayed for two nights, and the room was cleaned when we went out. 4. The water pressure was good and the hot water worked well initially, but later on it became lukewarm. 5. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely revisit if we come back someday. It was excellent! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Phu Quoc.

Stayed in an apartment in the Hillside complex, managed by the hotel. Everything is brand new and super clean. It has a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine.
