Boss Hotel Phu Quoc-Grand World Phu Quoc

Both the male and female receptionists were lovely. Breakfast was provided, and it's a convenient walk to the Venetian canals. The bed was soft and so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Staff came to clean and restocked drinking water every day. We stayed for 3 nights and were happy every single night.

The owner speaks Chinese and is very nice, which is a big plus. The other front desk staff are also very professional. The hot water can be intermittent when there are many people using it, but as long as you avoid peak times, you can enjoy excellent bathroom facilities. The picture is of the Vietnamese pho for breakfast, it's really good, I highly recommend just eating that.

If you're coming from the airport, you can request a paid hotel transfer, which costs about HKD 120. The hotel staff respond quickly; we booked before our flight, and a driver was already arranged for pickup upon arrival. There's also an airport bus near the airport for about ten-something Hong Kong dollars, but you'll have to walk a bit after getting off. The hotel is close to VinWonders Phu Quoc. The hotel offers a free golf buggy shuttle to a transfer station, where you can then take another free shuttle (T2, etc.) to the VinWonders park – both the safari and amusement park. There's a fee for transfers to other nearby areas. The night market is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast with simple options. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were very attentive. There's a buggy service available. The breakfast selection might not be huge, but you can easily walk through to Grand World.

The room is good and the price is not expensive. It's not far from Grand World, but don't follow Google Maps as it will take you on a detour. You can take the alley next to the hotel to get there.
