Hillside Premium Apartments Phu Quoc- Sea & Firework View

The pillows are not consistent… different size, different height. The air-con is expectedly cold while the blanket is extremely thin. We can’t sleep during the stay. 😩

The location was great, amenities easily available, and true to the location the fireworks view was spectacular. The room itself was decent. I found the toilets a little dirty with brown spots around the facilities. The staff were not very helpful with our checkin, as we had booked a bigger room which was not available, and they did not bother to apologise or make up for it in any way and gave us a smaller room and said accept it if you want nonchalantly. The towels exchange was a hassle with no one at the reception to exchange towels easily. The kitchen was reletively well equipped but there was no cloth to clean up and a very old and tattered sponge for washing dishes. Comfortable if you will not be spending time cooking or staying in the room, however for families who would like a little extra cleanliness and attention to detail, better to manage your expectations.
