Pros: Convenient location, only 30k VND to King Kong Mart, and Sonasea isn't far either. Beautiful environment, close to the beach. The Thai restaurant has good food, and breakfast is decent. The room was exceptionally clean, the water temperature was hot enough, and while the water pressure wasn't super strong, it was better than the other three hotels I stayed at on this trip. I highly recommend the facial; the esthetician was excellent! Areas for improvement: No beach toys provided, and it's hard to imagine a hotel not having a voltage converter to borrow. The room lighting was a bit dim. The beach water has been quite murky these past few days, a yellowish color. I booked two rooms this time and repeatedly requested connecting rooms before arrival. However, on the first day, they couldn't arrange it. I persevered on the second day, and the hotel said they could make the change. If the front desk had proactively told me on the first day that it wasn't possible then but would be on the second, I would have felt much better about it. I had booked for three nights in total.

I initially thought this was just an average 4-star hotel, but after checking in, I found that both the service and the dining standards were comparable to a 5-star property. The only minor drawback is that the hotel isn't very large, but it's well-equipped and has everything you need for a great vacation experience.

Hotel environment very good, everyday have activities like cooking, movies, yoga class etc…. Room very big and clean, have special cakes and decorations for my birthday

The hotel helped us decorate for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch and made it feel very special. The breakfast was delicious, and the infinity pool is absolutely stunning for photos. I'm very satisfied overall, though we did have a few ants in the room occasionally. They disappeared after I sprayed some insect repellent.

This hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very spacious. The infinity pool facing the private beach is stunning. The breakfast buffet is exquisite and delicious. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and spas nearby, making it very convenient. There's even a mud bath spa right next door. Fantastic!

The design seamlessly integrated with the ocean, which was stunning. It was beautiful both day and night. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide selection and was delicious.

This trip to Phu Quoc lasted seven nights, and Dusit Princess Hotel was by far the best of the three hotels I stayed at. The main reason is that the overall atmosphere of the hotel is the most comfortable. Both the infinity pool and the private beach are stunning, and the service was incredibly attentive. We were on our honeymoon, and they provided welcome drinks, a honeymoon cake, and a surprise. We even had a small incident during check-in where we accidentally broke a glass, and the first thing the staff did was check if we were injured. This made me feel that it wasn't just standard service, but a genuine display of care. Also, because our flight was at 8:30 AM, before breakfast hours, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us. The price-to-value ratio is also higher than other big-brand five-star hotels. If we ever get the chance to visit Phu Quoc again, Dusit Princess Hotel will be our first choice.

Free airport shuttle: 10-15 minute drive from the airport. I emailed them in advance and received a prompt reply. It felt great to be able to get on the shuttle right after clearing customs. The location is excellent; there are so many shops, restaurants, massage places, and coffee shops nearby. It's lively and feels very safe. The hotel staff were quite enthusiastic. On our first night, the booking agent made a mistake with our room, booking a king bed instead of two twin beds. We initially thought about switching rooms after one night, but the view from our assigned room was so good that we decided to stay. Special mention! The breakfast is incredible value! The Pho is super delicious! We stayed for four nights and had breakfast every day, and the Pho was different every time! Plus, there were small variations each day, and the quality was excellent!!

Still love this modern hotel the most! The infinity pool is incredibly photogenic and so chill. The complimentary water offered at check-in was both pretty and delicious, haha. Service was top-notch!

The room was quite clean and the view was great. If you're lucky, you can even catch a sunset. It's very close to the beach and has an infinity pool. There are also beach chairs by the sea where you can lie down and sunbathe. Perfect for a vacation.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil environment. The room amenities are well-equipped and fully functional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the food is fresh. The staff provides excellent service, with a friendly attitude and a willingness to help. The only minor drawback was that the door lock broke one evening, and it took the staff two hours of effort to finally get it open. Although our plans were disrupted, the hotel made every effort to offer various forms of compensation, and a customer service manager proactively contacted us to provide assistance. Overall, I would still highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was also delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and really gave us a vacation vibe. The only downside was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.
