Everything was great – convenient location, good facilities, excellent service, and delicious breakfasts.

While its northern location makes it a bit less accessible to the central area, I actually enjoyed the peacefulness. The villa-style accommodation with multiple bathrooms is a definite plus. The continuous shuttle bus service also provides excellent access to VinWonders and the safari park.

The property is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. However, you need to pay attention to the days of the activities you purchase.

The cleanliness was appalling. On the first night, since it was very late when we checked in, I didn't inspect the room carefully. The next day, after returning from our outing, I noticed stains on the pillow and bedding from the night before. You can see how disgusting it was in the pictures. Then, after they came to change the bedding, I saw a very large blood stain on the mattress pad underneath. I'm certain they don't change the linens between guests. As for the service, since I booked through Ctrip, I had them contact the hotel to request some compensation. However, no compensation was offered, only a late check-out. But we were only staying for two nights and then moving to another hotel, so a late check-out was unnecessary. The environment was okay; the pool and beach were fine. It's just the cleanliness that was extremely concerning.

We had a comfortable stay for all 3 days thanks to the excellent room cleaning and maintenance. It was also great to be able to watch YouTube in the room. The dinner had a good variety of delicious food, and the breakfast changed slightly each of the 3 days, so it never got boring. The pool was large and clean, and having the sea right there was fantastic. The pick-up and drop-off services were also convenient and appreciated.

This hotel & resort was our accommodation for the first day of our trip, chosen for the Northern Tour. The room size was great, very spacious, and the facilities were luxurious. The swimming pool was also large, which was really nice. If you're planning a Northern Tour, I highly recommend staying here.
