Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor

We picked here coz of the beach, pool without music which no vibe. We stayed in the penthouse with private pool which is good. But one serious issue is the light up on the ceiling keep blinking whole day which you cant do anything about it. If you are light sensitive like me, beware. I kept waking up at night coz of that. Room cleaning can be better, they kept clean out ur own stuff but not the garbage. If you want affordable stay with nice beach then definitely here.

We have stayed in Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay by IHG in previous three days and then stayed in Premier Residence for another three days. If u expect five star service from Premier Residence, it would be a great disappointment. Here are some reminders if u decided to stay in this hotel 1. Better bring along own hair conditioner and body lotion as what they provide are poor in quality, so that your body and hair will not be too dry after swimming. 2. Better bring along own disposable indoor slippers, they only provide outdoor plastic slippers and the floor is not clean, that make me use my own wet wipes to clean a bit. 3. Better bring along own hair dryer also, what they provide has a very weak airflow 4. The room design is so funny. They install an exhaust fan in the kitchen, but the pipe is connected to cabinet only. And there is a small step at the entrance of the toilet, it makes my feet hurt if i didn’t pay attention and step on it 5. The light and the hanger of shampoo are broken but no one wants to fix it. 6. Better pay attention when the waiters/ waitresses repeat your orders if u have meal at Herring Bar. I have ordered coconut coffee, but they give me coconut instead. I told them i want coconut coffee, they said they have repeated my order coconut before, and u said yes. They refuse to change for me. 7. There is a poster for shuttle service to airport in the lobby. I asked reception staff, they said no free shuttle service for Trip.com customer. I asked whether i can pay for the service, they just advise me to call grab yourselves. 8. For the breakfast, the food more or less the same for three days, and the staff seems only responsible to collect your empty plates. They kept chatting among themselves, and i need to find table and get baby seats myself. 9. This hotel didn’t provide children bed rail, i have made this request while booking. I have sent an email before to confirm my booking, but they didn’t mention they don’t provide bed rail. 10. We have ordered room service before. and i didnt expect all the foods put in take away box and the disposable tableware are damp and moldy.
