I didn't see many reviews before, and some of them mentioned insufficient water pressure and not enough hot water, so I was a bit worried before coming. However, I found it to be very good after checking in! Check-in: Everything went smoothly. Breakfast: Breakfast is provided daily, with different options each day. The taste is generally average, but the hotel continuously refills the food, even close to closing time. The hotel is also very close to the airport, and the private beach is very clean. It's definitely a great beach for watching the sunset. There's a swimming pool in the hotel, and I thought there was a water park, but when I arrived, it looked like it hadn't been repaired yet, so it couldn't be used. The kids' playroom is also under construction, but overall, it's still pretty good.

Very bad experience! Rooms are not tidy and many towels provided were worn-out and with holes. The private pool was small and water was dirty with insects. Many resort facilities were broken and no water park at all. The worst is the resort charged us extra because on the day we checked out they claimed that they found one of the shampoo bottle was broken at the bottom which definitely not our fault as it’s in the toilet of the living room and none of us bath there during our stay. They don’t let us go unless we pay for it while we were in a hurry to catch our flight, so we have to pay at last. That’s definitely not a good experience and we won’t come back anymore!

A great place to stay if you like to relax beside a beach, convenient to go shopping nearby.

The villa's location was fantastic, right next to the restaurant, so we could easily walk to breakfast without needing a buggy car. It was also incredibly close to the beach, perfect for watching the sunset! The service was outstanding. However, the water pressure and hot water supply in the upstairs shower were only average; the downstairs bathroom was much better.

Having a private villa with its own pool was absolutely perfect for our family trip. The hotel is right on the beach, and the stunning sunset views are like a natural masterpiece.

I initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport, a quick 10-minute drive, which was perfect for catching my noon flight the next day and still getting some extra sleep. On the flip side, its location is a bit secluded; a taxi ride to the night market and King Kong supermarket took about 25 minutes. Although I had kept my expectations low after reading some reviews prior to booking, I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The service, especially, truly exceeded all expectations. On a really hot day, as soon as we stepped out of the car, staff were already there with umbrellas and promptly helped us with our luggage. The only minor issue was the abundance of mosquitoes by the swimming pool, which forced us to cut our swim short and quickly leave. They also provided a complimentary airport transfer on our departure day. Highly recommended if you're looking for a convenient stay before an early flight.

Wonderful location as it is very close to the airport with only around 10 mins drive. The resort itself is very big and clean, with a beach equipped, which makes it the perfect choice when visiting Phu Quoc.

We stayed at a 5 room villa with a small private pool and it's perfect for a big family. The location is central and it's very easy to get a grab car so transport is easy. The hotel is right on a beach with a great sunset view. Do note the following... 1. Cars are not allowed to drive beyond the entrance gate. So you will be very wet when it rains heavily. 2. Breakfast is ok. But we had horrible food when we had dinner there one night. Do check the Google reviews before you go.

I recently stayed at Sunset Sanato Resort & Villas and booked a 5-bedroom villa. While the property itself is spacious and well-located, I was surprised to find that the villa did not come with basic kitchen necessities such as forks, spoons, glasses, or plates. Instead, the resort charges VND 500,000 per day for a kitchen setup, which felt quite unreasonable given the size and category of the villa. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service provided on the day before checkout. For a resort of this standard, I would have expected consistent daily housekeeping, especially to ensure comfort and cleanliness throughout the stay. Overall, while the villa itself was comfortable, these operational shortcomings—lack of basic kitchen amenities and inconsistent housekeeping—detracted from the overall experience.

We are in a group of 9 persons, staying in a five bedroom villa. Nicely decorated with private pool. Beach with magnificent view. Staff, especially guest relationship manager are helpful and sincere. Enjoyable stay.

Our family stayed for 6 nights. The price was very reasonable, especially with breakfast included, and the room was spotlessly clean. What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional kindness and constant smiles, no matter the situation. A special thank you to Tien Tien at the reservation center; her incredibly thoughtful and customer-centric service was truly outstanding. We would absolutely plan to visit again if we come back to Phu Quoc.
