Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc

VinWonders was within walking distance, so after playing in the water with the kids, we just walked back to the accommodation. There were buggies available too, which the kids loved riding, so we didn't get hot at all. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Comparing the accommodations in the south and north, I prefer this one because the staff here feel very warm and friendly. They are so kind. And the Heaven Club on the beach was great, both for the food and the view, so we went many times. Highly recommend!

The hotel lobby is huge. We stayed in a villa this time, and the tuk-tuk service provided free transfers to the lobby throughout our stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the airport, which needs to be booked two days in advance. Additionally, the hotel has a poolside BBQ buffet with a fire performance and a live band show; booking in advance gets you a 15% discount. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, always greeting you as they pass by. It's a very family-friendly resort! There are also free shuttle buses to the zoo, amusement park, and Grand World Phu Quoc. All attractions are very close to the hotel, making it easier when traveling with children. The hotel's buffet has a lot of food, but it's the same every day, and the taste is decent. We only booked breakfast. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a kids' club, spa, golf, and cycling, so you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel even if it rains. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a trash can in the villa living room. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and the pool. Also, some staff at the hotel's cafe were unprofessional; they were loud, took half an hour to serve food, didn't proactively ask what you wanted or offer recommendations, and some even had sour expressions.

Every room in this resort is a large, standalone villa. Breakfast is rich and varied; I highly recommend the beef pho and baguette sandwiches. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport, and the hotel beach is beautiful. Overall, this villa hotel is quite good for the price. However, if you're coming for the amusement park or safari, it's not worth it. Forget about Shanghai Disney or Beijing Universal Studios; any Sunac, Fantawild, or Chimelong park in China is much better than what Phu Quoc has to offer.

Although the facilities are showing a little age, they're well-maintained, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. The beach and private pool were great, and breakfast was decent. It was an excellent stay!

Extremely comfortable, the environment is clean, and the space is quite large. Each room has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The air conditioning is strong, and room service is very quick and good. The large bed is very comfortable.

Having stayed at this hotel before on Vinpearl Nha Trang, I decisively chose it again this time. The hotel offers beautiful scenery, a great environment, and friendly staff. The breakfast is plentiful, and transportation is convenient. However, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness details; many nooks and crannies were dusty. The private pool in the room felt like the water wasn't circulating and was quite dirty. Toiletries weren't replaced daily; on the second day, the bath mat, hand towel, and toothbrush weren't replenished. I hope they can pay attention to these details in the future. Overall, it's great value for money, the environment is beautiful, and it's perfect for a large group vacation. I will book again next time.

We booked two rooms and received a complimentary upgrade to three, which was incredibly luxurious for two adults and one child – the little one was thrilled! The rooms were clean, though there was a slight stain on the kitchen countertop. The private pool in the room was spotless, with staff regularly clearing leaves. The hotel also has a kids' club. You need to take a buggy from each individual villa to the lobby and the main hotel pool. We booked the Fire BBQ for dinner in the evening, which featured an exciting fire show, though I felt it was a bit dangerous. Breakfast in the morning was a rich buffet. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, perfect for a vacation.

Not as good as I imagined. The room cleaning was mediocre, the shower in the bathroom had no water, and even the ceiling wasn't covered. The playhouse was unhygienic, smelly, and very messy. There were staff present, but no one was tidying up!
