Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort Reviews

We stayed in a 3-bedroom garden view villa during the 2026 National Day holiday. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. While room cleaning could be a bit more meticulous with details, it's already very impressive for such a large villa! The hotel breakfast was excellent, and there's even an exclusive seating area for Marriott Bonvoy members. For such a big hotel, we didn't have to wait for a table at breakfast, which shows how much effort the management puts into guest experience. The large swimming pool is very clean and a pleasure to swim in—thumbs up! The sand on the beach 🏖️ is super fine, totally beating Yalong Bay. The front desk service was prompt and efficient. On our third day, I suddenly came down with acute gastroenteritis; the hotel promptly arranged a car to take me to the nearby international hospital and picked me up afterward, free of charge. Highly recommended!

It far exceeded our expectations, and the whole family is very satisfied. Staying for 6 consecutive nights, the price was quite reasonable. The swimming pool is huge—after comparing several luxury hotels in the area, this is definitely the biggest one. It's fantastic for laps, and even during the National Day holiday, it wasn't crowded at all. Both the pool and the beach are completely uncrowded, making it easy to take great photos without random strangers photobombing. The overall service is great; staff members always greet you with a smile, and if you book a day in advance, there is a free 7-seater van for airport transfers. My child accidentally scraped herself on a sun lounger by the pool and was bleeding a bit, so I went to the front desk for a band-aid. Instead, they sent the head of medical services right over to take care of it, and suddenly four people were tending to her small wound 😂. I read reviews beforehand saying the breakfast was amazing, and it truly is—huge variety and delicious! Right next door are the famous VinWonders and Safari, both well worth a visit. My only suggestion is that the staff should use a net to scoop up the leaves at the bottom of the pool! Also, the bed was way too soft, which was a bit tough on my bad back 🥹.

This hotel was lovely. We were upgraded to a seaview room because I’m a Bonvoy member, plus there is a separate Bonvoy Elite area in the dining room. Breakfast was amazing. Such a fantastic spread and what was impressive was that they labelled all the food. There was even a section for egg-free and gluten-free. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lots of lush greenery. I would recommend this place without hesitation even though it is a little far from the airport.

Excellent stay in Phu Quoc! The hotel amenities and facilities are great. The service is superb. We were particularly impressed with the reception staff. John, the receptionist who greeted us during check in was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to satisfactorily solve minor hiccups in our stay and promptly provided solutions and service to all our immediate needs. The rest of the team was equally friendly. The breakfast buffet, while a bit crowded for our taste, offers a huge variety of food. From local favourites, indian, Korean, Chinese and western delights. Overall, we had a great time!

For a five-star Sheraton, the hygiene standards were not met, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The room was quite spacious, and the pool and private beach were nice, but the attention to detail was lacking. The kids' club was really poor – small, rundown, and with nothing much to do. The breakfast was very rich and varied, which was a plus. Overall, I'd say it was just okay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Both the pool and the beach exceeded expectations; the pool is enormous, perfect for a good swim. If you're planning a 4-island tour to the south, the hotel has partnered with tour groups that depart directly from the hotel, which is more cost-effective than booking online. However, the room had a slight musty smell, though it wasn't too disruptive. Also, if you stay in a garden view room, the soundproofing isn't great, and the elevator can be a bit noisy.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, this price offered true value for money. The breakfast was also good, and you can book airport transfers. There are also scheduled shuttle services to the Grand World and the zoo, which was very convenient. The swimming pool and beach were both great as well.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a five-day trip, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the beach was lovely — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Rowan at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. He truly went above and beyond and made a great impression on us. The hotel offers a handy mini cart service that takes you to some nearby marts, and there are shuttle buses that run to Grand World, a fun touristy area. The restaurants there are cheaper than the hotel's, which is nice if you want to explore other dining options. That said, the hotel's food is decent and tasty, and the breakfast was good every day. On the weekends, the food was especially good, and they had a great DJ who really knew how to read the crowd and keep the atmosphere fun. The hotel was very clean throughout, the service was consistently good, and the atmosphere was lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are well-maintained. The villa directly faces the sea and has a fantastic private pool! The hotel service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious and of good quality, especially the baguette!

Five-star resort standard, with a direct sea view from the front and a garden view from the back. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The pool water is automatically changed and filtered daily. It's only a 30-second walk to the beach. Perhaps because of its proximity to the sea, some electrical facilities are prone to moisture damage, but the maintenance staff fix them immediately. The service is excellent.

Highly recommended! They even offer airport shuttle service, which is a big plus. The pool is massive, though it was a shame I couldn't take a dip since it was raining during my visit.

Nice stay. Breakfast hv many choices include western, Korean, Indian, Asia corner cuisine and so on. A very nice view to the beach and easy access to the beach. Airport shuttle and shuttle bus to vinworld provided. Room cleanliness very good. No dust at all. Lotion and mineral water is the best!

Super enjoy with this 5 star hotel stay. Very comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. The villa is very big and have own private pool. There is also a variety of food choices.

Overall, the hotel was nice , but unfortunately, one incident really affected our stay. It was my husband’s birthday, so I requested a special arrangement in advance. However, when we entered the room, we were shocked to find a cake that appeared to have already been eaten. I immediately reported it to the front desk. A manager later came to explain the situation, but I was still unsure whether the explanation was reasonable. I was honestly very uncomfortable and even considered changing hotels, as we had no idea who or what had eaten the cake. Since it was already late, I decided to stay and only requested to change rooms. Unfortunately, there was no compensation or gesture regarding the incident, which was quite disappointing. I hope the hotel will take such matters more seriously in the future.
