Excellent service and great facilities! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the kids loved it.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was a great variety of breakfast options. The environment was lovely. You have the choice of swimming in the sea, the hotel pool, or even your own private villa pool.

The room had a strong smell of renovation, and the hygiene was just so-so. The beach outside was as pictured, but all beaches in Vietnam are pretty much like this. I wouldn't recommend traveling to Vietnam; Thailand is much better.

The male staff at the front desk were all very friendly. On our first night, we stayed in two sea-view rooms. It was incredibly noisy. People were still partying on the beach past 1 AM. We couldn't take it anymore and switched to a villa the next day. Since we had previously stayed in a sea-view villa at the neighboring Wampé Hotel, there was a noticeable difference. Even though both hotels share the same owner, Wampé's breakfast was much better. Many dishes were the same, but the taste difference was significant. What Sheraton's villas did better than Wampé was the meticulous cleaning. There were many young staff members. Because Wampé's entire area is composed of villas, it was almost exclusively occupied by Europeans, whereas Sheraton had more Indian and Korean guests. This also impacted the breakfast experience… Furthermore, there were only a few 'tutucar' (buggies) for the villas, so getting to the front desk sometimes involved a long wait. Finally, there were very few complimentary shuttle buses. Comparatively, for the same price for a villa, Wampé was more convenient.

It felt comfortable for traveling as a family. There are a beach, swimming pools, and a variety of dining options. Tourist attractions are also nearby. You can easily call a Grab taxi and go anywhere at your preferred time. However, if you stay at the hotel for 7 days, they require a deposit. If you pay the deposit in cash (US dollars), it will be returned in Vietnamese dong when you check out. If you pay the deposit by card, the amount will be refunded back to your card.

Overall, it's pretty good. The free shuttle to Phu Quoc Grand World is very convenient. The service is also good, with two cleanings a day. The only downside is that the power in the North Island is unstable, so there are frequent brief power outages followed by restoration. This often causes the TV to turn on in the middle of the night, which affects sleep a bit 😅😅

This is an old-school Sheraton, but the food is absolutely delicious, and there are some shows worth watching. The service is decent, though the facilities are definitely a bit dated and not quite up to scratch. The sea view is fantastic, and I really liked the floor layout. The vintage-style transparent capsule elevators are totally my thing! And the sunset over the hotel's private beach in the evening? Simply stunning!

Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Our vacation was wonderful! Delicious breakfasts. The buffet has plenty to choose from. There is a lot of variety. The beach is nearby. A free tuk-tuk took us between the hotels. Prosperity and satisfied customers!

The facilities are amazing. We stayed at the 4 bedrooms villa for 3 nights. The breakfast has lots of variety including asian, indian, western. I was amazed with variety of tea and coffee selections. Just one little things that to improve is the hot water needs to run for a leadt 5 mins to get hot. Other than that, everything is perfect.

We stayed with our family for 4 nights. It was very comfortable, clean, and we really liked the fact that the kitchen utensils were available. Come next year for 14 days.

The breakfast, service, and views are all top-notch. However, the location in the north is too far, about 1-2 hours' drive from the more bustling central and southern areas. It makes you too lazy to go out and explore.

The breakfast place is extremely packed. Maybe due to the xmas holiday. There is an other customer pushed me and my make boiling hot coffee spilled. My hands are burned with bubbles appeared. That extremely horrible and the other customer just walk away. Thats crazy But the hotel staff is nice enough to offer a cream for me to try comfort my hand, thats so sweet of them! The staff at the elite member checkin counter treat me very nicely and go extra mile to make sure my stay is happy.

Honestly, the hotel facilities are quite old, but the service is good. Aside from the outdated facilities, both the breakfast and the hotel dining maintain the quality of a five-star hotel.

This hotel has 65 rooms on each floor, spanning 8 floors from east to west. There are 4 staircases at each end, both east and west. I know this so clearly because I booked a king room and a standard room under one name, and one room was assigned to the east end of the 5th floor while the other was at the west end of the 6th floor. They even blamed me for not informing them in advance. Traveling with my non-English-speaking parents was quite a hassle; we had to walk from east to west 7-8 times a day. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the elevators are incredibly slow during peak hours. On top of that, the hotel offers currency exchange services for everything *except* Chinese Yuan.
