Such beautiful hotel. The only bad thing about it is how little you’ll want to pull yourself away from it to go anywhere else. The bar and pool are lovely! Great location and worth the price.

The Good: If you like waking up to the sounds of waves crashing, this is the perfect place for you. Rooms of the ocean view provides an obstructed wide view of said ocean. My room was generally quiet with minimal noise from other occupants. Gym was small but relatively adequate. Did not try out the complimentary spa service. Easy to find location for grab cars. Complimentary airport transfer and luggage care. The Not-so-Good: Water pressure was not sufficient in the showers sometimes. And the temperature of the water fluctuates, the indicator would be on "cold", but it's steaming hot water that comes out, so be mindful to observe the water temperature. Given that my room is all the way up, I imagine any heavy rain or thunderstorm would be quite the experience for the traveller so be mindful of the weather when making a reservation. (Luckily the weather was clear during my stay)

Very warm and friendly service, especially from the staff Thanh. The room is cozy, and they even prepare the key card in advance so the room is cool the moment you enter. There’s a bathtub, sea view, and the pool is cleaned daily. Breakfast is delicious, and the room even provides free Coca-Cola,especially the smell of bath salt and shower gel i really love it . The location is excellent, and they offer free airport shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel and the view is the most impressive! The staff and hotel management is good and they impressed me a lot for the whole trip. Sprcially thanks THANH for the good service.

Thao and Thinh are very nice and helpful. I booked a standard room and they upgrade to a sea view room for us. Transportation is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the night market. There are also many spa nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Despite the first day was raining day, the sea looks on sunny day. Hotel is in center of the town. Convienent. And friendly front desk. Fulfil my expectation to go at low peak season. Less crowd.

General was excellent,the breakfast not so variety & taste just ok ,the only thing the bathroom can be upgraded,so the toilet bowl won't be get wet while taking shower.

Staff Thanh & Thao are helpful and friendly, service is excellent. Hotel airport transportation service Driver Ngoan is very nice, safety driving and very polite. Will rebook this hotel next time.

We arrived at Phu Quoc Airport at around 6:30pm, the hotel has free shuttle bus pick-up in airport, but it is no longer available after 6pm. I hope the hotel can consider re-arranging the airport pick up time, because most flights arrive in the evening or at night. So, that time we paid in advance to arrange private car transfer to the hotel. We chose to stay at M hotel Rooftop Ocean View Suite on our first night, the room has sea views on both sides of the window, and the terrace has a table and stools, as well as and an open-air bathtub. Overall feeling is good, and the location is very close to night market, just only around 8min walk. Just only breakfast buffet has few choices.

All went well and the view is amazing from our room

Loved the room, very comfy bed and pillows, and super spacious. Only unfortunate thing is it was facing a busy road, was a bit noisy esp early in the morning.
