This hotel is absolutely stunning, with each building steeped in history, making it incredibly unique! The services are themed around different university departments; for example, the bar is chemistry-themed, with all the elements being chemistry-related. The coasters are different elements – I even got copper and gold ones! The accommodation building has a botany theme, with all the paintings featuring various plants. It's truly unexpected and delightful!

From the lobby to the rooms, the restaurant, the beach, and every little detail, everything was beautiful! I couldn't stop taking pictures~~ It truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful Marriott!

They say this is the most beautiful Marriott in the world, and experiencing it firsthand, I understand why that's no exaggeration. The hotel's design draws inspiration from vintage private universities, with the entire complex divided into themed buildings like the Faculty of Arts, Zoology Department, and Chemistry Department. Blue and white retro corridors, unique bell towers, and magical-looking walkways are nestled among the trees, creating a stunning scene at every turn. Every photo feels like a healing French island blockbuster, with a built-in高级 filter. It's especially suitable for families – safe, comfortable, clean, hygienic, and with warm service ❤️

This is a very beautiful and Instagrammable hotel! The turquoise room was gorgeous. It's a shame it rained, so we couldn't go to the beach. The breakfast, as pictured, included these delicious rice noodle rolls. However, the service could use some improvement. We checked in around 7 PM and called the restaurant, only to be told there wouldn't be a table until 8 PM. Then, when we called again at 8 PM, they said 8:40 PM. In the end, we had no choice but to order room service. 😂

During my trip to Phu Quoc, I stayed at the JW Marriott Emerald Bay. Despite the bad weather, it didn't dampen my enjoyable vacation experience at all. Thanks to the hotel's attentive service, I highly recommend it! A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

The hotel environment is fantastic, no complaints there. However, the biggest drawback is the terrible soundproofing. Avoid staying on the first floor – there are a ton of mosquitoes.

They say this is the most beautiful Marriott in the world, or at least in Asia. Before I went, I thought it might be an exaggeration, but after staying there, I'd say it's absolutely amazing! Even though we arrived late at night, the lobby was stunning, and the check-in service immediately set high expectations. We even got a free upgrade to an ocean-view floor, complimentary breakfast for the kids, and they even added an extra bed for free. As a customer who booked through Trip.com, the treatment exceeded my expectations. I think the hotel's beach is the best on the entire island. Kem Beach is split into two halves; the public area is bustling, but the hotel's private section is incredibly serene. Oh, and I should mention, the paddleboards and small boats by the beach are all free to use, and I enjoyed them every day. The hotel also gave us free tickets to 'Kiss of the Sea.' I had already booked the Phu Quoc Sun World cable car and amusement park tickets, but we ended up spending all our time at the hotel and didn't even use them! I rarely write such long reviews, but we'd happily return to Phu Quoc just for this hotel. The only minor issue was dinner and breakfast – they weren't quite to my wife's taste, though I personally loved everything.

The private beach is quiet with clear water. I enjoyed paddleboarding in the morning and had the whole beach to myself.

This hotel is beautiful! The white sand beach and crystal-clear water are perfect. There are three large pools that kept the kids entertained. The paddleboards and toys in the public beach area were a great touch, and all free! 👍 The service was excellent. **Cleanliness**: Exceptionally clean. They clean twice a day, which is far better than most domestic hotels. It's spotless! 👍 They changed the sheets and duvet covers daily, and the floors were always pristine. The breakfast was very rich and the coffee was delicious! 👍

The hotel's design is outstanding. They offer a complimentary double-decker bus shuttle to Sunset Town, and the hotel features a beach pool with various activities available on the sand. The service was also good. We were a party of two adults and two children, and they arranged adjacent rooms for us, which was perfect! 👍

I visited last week during Phu Quoc's rainy season, so it was pretty much raining constantly. The hotel wasn't very busy, mostly with Chinese guests. While the environment is beautiful, the service was poor. I booked two rooms and they were upgraded to sea-view rooms. Around 2-3 AM on the night we checked in, the fire alarm in both of our rooms went off automatically. We rushed out of the hotel only to find nothing was wrong; only our rooms had alarms sounding. My kids and elderly family members were all startled awake. No hotel staff contacted us or checked on us at the time, and no one seemed to care. The next day, I proactively went to the front desk to complain about the incident. The front desk explained that the hotel system had an anomaly the previous night, which could cause random rooms to trigger automatic alarms. They offered a verbal apology, and that was it – no substantial compensation. Then, on the second night, my 3-year-old child was playing on the hotel sofa. Because the edge of the sofa was rounded and slippery, my child fell off and fractured their arm. The next day, I asked hotel staff about hospital arrangements. The hotel only sent a local staff member who spoke English and Vietnamese, even though there were clearly Chinese-speaking staff available. They only provided a car to the hospital. Compared to how they treat Caucasian guests, there's a clear disparity in service. After my child had a cast put on at the hospital, the hotel still didn't follow up or check in on us. Honestly, the service here is much worse than Marriott in China.

We had our amazing holiday and delicious breakfast at JW Marriott phu quoc,definitely will come again.

The environment here is very quiet, and you can access the pool and the sea right from your doorstep. The hygiene is also good. However, finding staff who speak Chinese at the front desk was difficult. Phu Quoc is almost always busy, even during the rainy season, and my English isn't great, which led to a bit of a struggle with the reception staff who looked quite annoyed trying to understand me. 😅

JW Marriott definitely has a high-end feel. They even gave my child a free breakfast and didn't charge me for a broken cup. They also managed to find my lost translator! Plus, they gave us a gift. The design is truly impressive and great for photos. It really stands out compared to local Vietnamese brands.
