The hotel service was excellent! It's relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. This is the first time in three hotels on Phu Quoc Island that I've encountered a front desk with a Chinese-speaking staff member, which was a pleasant surprise. We had an 8 AM flight the next morning, and they arranged a shuttle for us at 6:30 AM, which was incredibly convenient. I had originally planned to call a taxi for 6 AM, but that would have been too early for the kids. The room was quite spacious and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. The area around the hotel entrance is relatively bustling, making it very convenient for daily needs.

I emailed to book an airport pick-up a day in advance and got a quick reply (I'd tried 3 days before and got no response). The pick-up driver seemed to be a contracted Grab driver, while the drop-off was in the hotel's own vehicle, which was in excellent condition and frequently washed. The hotel is small but exquisite. I encountered Koreans, Westerners, and Chinese guests, but overall it was never crowded. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the omelets were delicious, and it was a welcome change from the crowded, queuing breakfast experiences at hotels in Sanya. The hotel's garden view is perfect for relaxation. Because there are fewer people, I could often enjoy the pool and beach loungers all to myself. Healing Spa is diagonally opposite, and Long Beach Mart and McDonald's are about a fifteen-minute walk away, or a 5-minute taxi ride costing around 30k VND.

My flight arrived quite late, almost at midnight, so I chose this hotel as a layover. It's only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I had arranged a complimentary airport pick-up via email beforehand, and the service was great. The hotel itself is quite large, and the public areas are nice too. It's an excellent choice for a transit hotel.

First time staying at a hotel like this, and the rules are unbelievably strict. You can't have any strange odors in the room, and if you eat durian or mangosteen, there's a fine. The free buffet is a one-time entry; once you leave, you have to pay to re-enter. And for the gym, you *must* wear shoes, socks, and proper clothing. They expect me to work out dressed like that in this scorching heat?!

The biggest plus for this hotel is the airport transfer service. It's very close to the airport, just a 15-minute drive. We had a dedicated car waiting for us upon arrival and a complimentary drop-off when we checked out, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, the staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was efficient and smooth. The room experience exceeded our expectations; as soon as we opened the door, we had a direct view of the ocean and the beach—the view was absolutely stunning! The entire property was impeccably clean, and we weren't bothered by any insects during our three-day stay, making it incredibly comfortable. The minibar in the room was restocked daily with drinks and snacks, a thoughtful detail. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

I really liked that the hotel is made up of individual small buildings, with four rooms per building. The soundproofing was pretty good, and the bathroom was very spacious. The only drawback was that the air conditioning units are wall-mounted, and they couldn't be left on continuously. After two days of continuous use, the cooling effect wasn't ideal. The front desk service was excellent; they were very warm and patient even when I checked in at 1 AM. However, I ate breakfast at the hotel for three consecutive days and found the restaurant service to be just so-so. They weren't impolite, but it was just an indescribable feeling…

I was incredibly touched. I didn't tell the hotel it was my birthday, but they must have seen it on my passport. While I was at breakfast, they arranged a lovely little surprise for me. Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 1 PM, which is great. The hotel also has a private beach, which is super nice. They also offer airport transfers according to the guest's itinerary.

The environment was great, and the hotel arranged airport transfers. However, there's no perimeter wall, so security feels a bit lacking. Breakfast was just okay; the pho I had was the most ordinary I've ever tasted.
