Excellent! Modern and the service was attentive and thorough. The room was clean and quiet with great amenities. The front desk staff were warm and polite. It's also very convenient for getting around. I had a comfortable stay and a really good experience overall.

The ambiance is fantastic, with a pleasant fragrance in the lobby and public areas, and the lighting design creates a wonderful atmosphere. It's truly rare to find such a peaceful and undisturbed environment, whether you're here for a business trip or a relaxing vacation. The service is excellent; everyone is warm and patient. Housekeeping and room service calls were answered and fulfilled very promptly. Plus, Eileen at the front desk speaks Chinese, which was a huge help for communication.

The rooms are fantastic, and the decor is also superb – very modern. A two-bedroom villa was just right for two people, and the rooms were very comfortable. The only downside is that there aren't many shops or businesses nearby.

The hotel villa was absolutely beautiful, and the food selection was fantastic. The service was also excellent. We stayed for many days, and the kids didn't want to leave. Highly recommend it; the villa's view was so therapeutic every day.

I booked a one-bedroom villa, but they upgraded me to a three-bedroom, which I absolutely loved! The Marshall speaker was a great touch. Breakfast was delicious. The resort is huge, so they offer electric cart service to get around. When I checked in, they kindly offered me water, which was very refreshing. The public pool is massive, and there were a lot of Chinese and Korean guests, which felt very welcoming. The butler service was excellent, and they had a variety of activities available.

The room size is quite spacious, and the pool is clean, definitely up to par with a large villa's amenities and facilities. However, the hallway ceilings and bathroom use large glass panels for lighting, which causes the second-floor bedroom to get very hot. This really affected our sleep, as running the air conditioning constantly was uncomfortable. So, it definitely impacted our sleep. It's probably more suitable for tourists who haven't experienced staying in a large villa before and want to try it out.
