The villa itself was nice but check in with the staff was horrible. There was only a lady that spoke Korean and Vietnamnese. Her information was incorrect and she could t answer any question. So we had to wait for the next day for the correct information after asking a staff that spoke English. And breakfast was very crowded and understaffed. We had to wait for tables every morning. Selection of food was alright and some items were tasty, nothing spectacular but fair tasting. If you just wanna relax and stay not close to the beach it is fine but there are better options in this area.

a very beautiful newly built resort located in Pearl Island Phu Quoc. About 10km south of Phu Quoc International Airport, Sailing Signature is an ideal vacation spot for families and groups of friends. It is very close to the long beach, from here you can watch the super romantic sunset. Comfortable accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Well experience!

I made an order for this hotel after comparing it for a long time.
I felt very relaxed as soon as I walked in. Three or four staff members came to help pick up my luggage. After checking in, the receptionist asked us to sit down and immediately brought us a welcome drink, which tasted very much like sour plum juice. We were supposed to check in at 3pm, but the hotel's coordination skills were quite good and they allowed us to check in at 2pm in advance. We booked the Polaris 3-bedroom villa. The first floor is the kitchen, public bathroom, laundry room, and sunken living room. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is beyond my expectation. You can buy groceries and cook them. There are pots, pans, knives and stoves. The yard and swimming pool are fully equipped. There are 2 double-bed rooms and a twin-bed room on the second floor. By default, 6 people are accommodated, so breakfast is for 6 people. The most interesting thing is the bathroom, which has a skylight to let in natural light and bring people closer to nature. On the first day I checked in, I received a can of biscuits. The breakfast was not very rich, but the dining environment could be a plus. Going to the beach was a bit unchanged, and a shuttle bus was needed to pick up and drop off the hotel.

I like this villa very much. There are many staff who are helpful to guests. The room is as beautiful and clean as the picture, and the space is very good. The swimming pool in the room is not too thin and is enough for swimming. Only the restaurant lobby and other places do not have air conditioning, so it will be quite hot.

I was satisfied with my stay as it was clean and the accommodation was very tastefully decorated. If you are going to Phu Quoc, I would definitely recommend the sailing club^^
