Solea Group properties in Phu Quoc Island

We thought we booked a hotel so that we have a hotel type of service available like calling the receptionist for any questions but is was an apartment type like Airbnb Need to have Zalo to contact the hotel reception . We didn’t like it that we only can use the elevator keycard to go to our floor only and can not go to other floor we our family member stay. They have to come to the 1st floor to pick us up. Also there is no lounge area at the building no where to sit and wait for a taxi or grab . The reception is across the street at a busy 4 way intersection. Not so friendly for elderly people with walking problems The fireworks view is great from the room. Just the Sky a few house on the left side of the The Hills is a little loud at night. The receptionist are doing multiple job: check in and out and also service at breakfast and restaurant area as well handling guest relations. Breakfast selection are very limited and you can only choose one item and one drink (coffee or tea, milk. nothing else)..
