One of the best 3-star properties in Phuentsholing. Barely 5-7 min walk to the old immigration building. Check-in process very efficient. Rooms are spacious and full of amenities. Always clean and tidy. Food is served punctually and prepared with great care. Staff are on hand during meals to assist in the servings. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. We have had nothing but great feedback from all of our guests who have stayed here.

Good large size room. We requested reception to provide 1 additional hand towel as there is only one provided. Reception desk staff said, we only provide one😩. So I side please make an exception & provide total 2 for 2 people in room. Response was, we don’t have extra🥵. If Fifty rooms hotel don’t have an extra hand towel why stay here🫢

We recently stayed at this property in Bhutan for a couple of nights before and after our trip. While the rooms were comfortable, our experience was impacted by the way guests were treated, especially during meals. We noticed a clear difference in service—foreign guests seemed to receive more attention, while our experience as Indian guests was not the same. During dinner, we were told in front of others that certain non-vegetarian items on the buffet were “not for you,” which was quite embarrassing. It was also disappointing that such a large hotel could not accommodate even two starters for a couple (just 4–5 pieces). Our table was not set with basic cutlery, unlike others, and we had to request even a knife. Simple requests like an omelette at breakfast were also not accommodated. Although the manager later apologized to us in our room, the incident was hurtful and left a lasting impression. If certain dishes were meant only for specific guests or by special request, it would have been more appropriate to serve them separately at the table rather than placing them on a common buffet. Coming from a culture where guests are treated with utmost care and generosity, it was disheartening to experience such inconsistency in hospitality. We strongly believe that all guests should be treated with equal respect and consideration, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.

We were on last day of Bhutan trip. The stay was comfortable. Though the rooms were with old fashion didn't affect our stay. The front desk is attractive with good ambience. The staffs offered nice hospitality. We had very good dinner tickling our taste buds.

This hotel was at our first stop in Bhutan was satisfactory. It is a centrally located nice hotel with very helpful staff. Food was good but spicy. Rooms clean and decent. My wife dropped one of her ear tops, which we noticed next day. On our return journey we visited the hotel to enquire and were pleasantly surprised to be told that one cleaner Mr Nagina had found and deposited with the reception staff. lost, but FOUND. Thanks.

Very comfortable stay during our return from Bhutan trip of 7 days. Strategically located away from the crowd but not too far away from the center of town. The entrance from India is also at a walking distance. The pedestrian entry point is next to this huge and decorative entrance.

We stayed in this hotel for one night while on our trip to Bhutan and here are few points to consider before booking- 1.Basic 1 star property - It's a very basic hotel with huge rooms but not to expect much except for staying only for transit. 2.No toiletries - They do not provide any dental kits or anything except for 1 towel for couple as they don't have more than one towel in each room. 3.Breakfast - Only bread toast with butter, jam and one item such as puri sabzi was available. Few pieces of cut fruits were also seen. 4.Good location - It's perfect location wise as one can go to the office and finish off the immigration formalities easily. 5.Washroom - These are in bad conditions such as broken bath tub, unclean comode, wash basins. 6. Room rate - Please decide on the basis of room rates as to is it worth staying or you can find a better place in that price. We stayed with family ans had two rooms but did not like the hotel much.

Not a good hotel to stay. Only 1 staff to manage entire hotel post 10. 30pm. Wanted water, called all numbers but no was there to attend. Had to go down myself for water. Housekeeping comes at 9am only. No dental kit. Had to ask reception to buy from outside for me.
