The hotel is well located near Patong Beach, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room size was reasonable and the staff were generally helpful. One issue we encountered was with the toilet. The flushing system seemed to run continuously at times, creating noise and making it feel like there was a maintenance problem that needed attention. Other than that, the stay was fairly comfortable. With better maintenance of the bathroom facilities, the experience would have been much better.

Good breakfast selections 👍 Very close to malls, massage, Bangla road, beach and near food street. Pool was clean and pool towels were provided in the room. Room aircon 👍👍 and WiFi were great. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back again 😊

Hotel in strategic location and easy to go to Patong Bangla road if looking for night life. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean.

The most most easy going place ever. Loved the stay, love their services and the 2 girls at the reception was very friendly, one had short reddish hair another had pony tail with long hair. They are very helpful with everything. They have delicious breakfast too. You can also order a food and eat it. It was better than some outside street restaurants. Pool was clean too. Even though it was near patong street didn't have much noise, sleep was pleasant. Only sad part was they don't have a balcony. So on the picture it looks like they have, but in reality they don't have, no sea views too. Overall everything is good, loved the place. You can't smoke inside but there are chairs for you to stay outside on the first floor, there you can smoke freely. Probably will choose it again if I ever come back to Patong beach, only because of their stuff. Super friendly, and helpful and honest stuff.

I do not recommend to book room without window.The room has mold in the bathroom and unpleasant odors,it is quite small for 2 people,the location is convenient.The biggest problem is no soundproofing ,you can hear all noises in corridor.The swimming pool is small,breakfast is not bad ,but it is almost the same everyday.The prices in February for this room is ridiculously high.

Location was great lot of things to do around. We had the Jungceylon shopping mall only 2 minuteswalk. Lot of shops and restaurants to eat. Service was great

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming from the start. Before even properly greeting guests, everything was “not allowed” which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. It felt more like restrictions than hospitality. Definitely not the kind of service you expect. Would not recommend.
