This hotel isn't for everyone. The rooms are small, and there's street noise. However, the bed is good and comfortable. It's perfect for a short one-night or two-night stay to immerse yourself and experience the festive atmosphere of Phuket!

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, right in the heart of Bangla Road, with all of Patong's main attractions within walking distance. For a one-night stay, like ours, it was perfect and budget-friendly. The staff were friendly, and check-in was instant. The room, towels, and bedding were all clean. The room had a pleasant, fresh scent that I now associate with Thailand. On the top floor, there's a small pool with a glimpse of the sea and Bangla Road. The room also has a tiny balcony; the door slides open like a compartment door (it took us a moment to figure that out, haha!). Early in the morning, stepping out onto it, you can see misty hills to the left – damn, it's romantic!) I gathered there are a few Centro One Bangla hotels on this street. At the entrance to our hotel, they were braiding hair, and we actually mistook it for another hotel with the same name once. As for the downsides: the room is small and very humid, with condensation on the floor. There's also noise from the street hustle and the air conditioners, even though our windows faced the shopping mall rather than the street itself. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. Keep this in mind if you're planning a longer stay.

Close to the mall, so no worries about going hungry. Very convenient and the room rate is affordable. Great for couples, friends, or families.

The room was clean and nice, but not very soundproof. It's close to Bangla Road and entertainment venues. The room really wasn't soundproof at all; you could hear the music from other places even on the fifth floor. Some places played music until morning. When I woke up, I could hear music. The bed in my room sagged, but it was still sleepable.

Well this place has its perks by being at a central and more accessible location. Although the stay itself was rubbish. If you’re coming as a couple, they’ll give you 2 separate single beds joined in one. (They call this a king bed) which isn’t because I paid for king bed. The AC was weird and the could feel the moister rather than anything else. Staff were highly unprofessional and rude, when asking something they make faces as if they hate us for being there. Will never book this place again.

Location in Arab street . Around 10 minutes walk from patong beach. Breakfast good but in another hotel around 3 minutes walk. They informed me if I am late one minute after 12 pm they will charge 300 baht per hour for late check out. If you do not like to hear music at night book in another hotel. Centro one patong.

Everything is fine except for the noise of the air conditioner motors against the wall of the room

It was so noisy at night also they dont have a good service their air conditioner was smelling very bad and the reception never answers the phone calls from the rooms also the breakfast is so bad you can not even imagine

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk to Patong Beach Walking Street and Jungceylon Shopping Mall, making it easy to explore the most lively area in Phuket. The price is affordable and includes breakfast, which is a great value. The bed is comfortable—not too soft, which I really liked. The only downside is that the soundproofing is not very good.

Right in front of Karon Beach's walking street, it's quite noisy at night. This is likely because the windows don't close properly. The construction feels shoddy and very old. The air conditioning is also old and poorly maintained, making it unhygienic. The only good point is that there's staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. Overall, I would never want to stay here again.

Right in the middle of all the action on Bangla Road, for those who are interested, and close to the beach. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Good breakfast. Excellent value for the low season price in July.

A clean hotel with an excellent location; the service is very good.

This is my second time staying here, and everything is great. The only downside might be the annoying street noise and the restaurant across the street that plays music very loudly.

A modest hotel with a convenient location, just a 3-minute walk to Bangla Road. Bring earplugs. Breakfast is served until 12:00 PM at the neighboring hotel.
