Bella Nara Phuket Naiyang Beach

A wonderful hotel: right across from the sea, cafes, and massage parlors. The room has everything you need: toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, comb, bathrobes, and slippers. There are even beach flip-flops, umbrellas, and a beach bag. The room also has a kettle, tea, and coffee. The hotel has almost no grounds; it's all taken up by pools, but that's not an issue since the most important thing is the sea anyway. There's also a gym. Breakfasts are superb: lots of fruits, meats, and standard breakfast fare. One caveat: there's currently noisy construction on the north side of the hotel, and inside, one pool is cordoned off, with the area in front of it undergoing renovation. However, if your windows face the courtyard or a neighboring hotel, you won't hear the construction.

The front desk service was terrible! I'm really unhappy! I don't know if they're discriminating against Chinese people. I stayed in four hotels in Phuket this trip, and this was the only one where I felt mistreated. Definitely a bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! I feel severely offended! So angry 😡

Beautiful grounds with lots of greenery and several pools. Good, varied breakfast. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, plus a Tops and 7-11... We liked everything, we'll definitely visit again... It's 30km to Festival (shopping mall).

Everything was great – clean, tidy, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service! The sea is only 30 meters from the hotel, and the views are amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive!!! Breakfasts were good. I really loved this hotel!!!

One of my favorite hotels in Phuket, a bit of a hidden gem due to its distance from Patong. But if you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place, especially with a room that has direct pool access.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly polite staff who helped us with everything, even issues not related to our stay. We were greeted with tea upon arrival, and a fruit platter was already waiting in our room. Every day, they left jars of dried fruit and sweets. In the middle of our stay, they brought us an 'afternoon tea' – fruits, snacks, and tea. The service was excellent, and housekeeping was done at the time we requested. Upon checkout, they checked our room and immediately sent photos of forgotten items to the reception. The administrator showed us all the photos and asked if we had forgotten anything from them.

I really like this hotel. It's close to the airport. This is my second time staying here!

A new, clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a calm, waveless sea. Convenient parking.

A good, new-feeling hotel. The beach is literally just across the road. There are plenty of cafes, massage places, and pharmacies nearby – everything is within walking distance. The room was large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The hotel grounds are small, but there are several pools. Both the hotel and the area were great.
