Patong Diamond Hotel

After reading different reviews, I booked a room for 1 night. I was happy with all the amenities provided and decided to stay longer in a window-view room. All the provided bad reviews (at least, in my case) are wrong. Mentioned complaints about: - Breakfast - If you need ready-made food, turn left, take 2 steps (or, I assume, make even an order to the room), and 24*7 you can get all kinds of fresh and delicious food (seafood, Asian, European, etc.), or you can turn right - hello, 7/11. - Checkout - The girl I met the next day in the elevator when I was heading to the beach was checking out at 11:55 am - no problem. - Noise - in my case, 5th floor, my room is located at the back of the main door entrance - no noise. - Staff - The staff at the reception is very friendly. Laundry is not available here, but it is manageable (located just to the right, with a standard rate of 50 BHT for 1 kg) - will check later. Beach closeness - 10 mins on foot. So, I would recommend this place as 8 out of 10.

I nice and affordable stay in Phuket. It is very near to beach and patong beach bangala road.

Very good Hotel and good service and WiFi connection. The location is ideal and close to the beach. Roads are noisy but it's okay when your doors are closed. Great airconditioning and provisions

Though last minute booking was a windowless room, it does not feel claustrophobic. Spacious enough.

At first I thought it was a decent hotel from the reception, went to my room guided by the receptionist however didn’t pay attention on call to his friend on the phone the whole time. Tried going to to bed after a long day only to have the sheets smelling damn and felt damn even my pillow and make up on the bed and glitter on the desk. Asked to change the guy didn’t seem to care and smiled went to another room to change my pillow rather then changing the pillow sheet at first I genuinely thought he was going to switch the pillow and leave. Anyway towards the night BANG loads of shouting from this one crazy guy staying 2 nights he was none stop drunk and out of his mind, as I guy I didn’t really feel comfortable and was very anxious of my surroundings and actually scared a woman next door and her boyfriend had to confront the guy, came back from the trip the next day to see the tourist police talking with the reception and surprise the guy who was making a racket the whole night. Unfortunately I’m honestly enough to make the review to save you guys time and money.
