Kata Place Villa

We absolutely loved our stay here. First, we stayed for 2 months. Daily housekeeping, towel changes, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, and toiletries were provided every day. The staff was magnificent, always smiling, and always ready to help in any way they could. Second, we mostly ordered meal sets for 2-3 meals (delivery). If you have an electric stove and cooking utensils, you can significantly reduce your food budget. There were also many restaurants nearby where we ate, and two grocery stores close by. Third, the quietness. We slept like babies. Since my husband works remotely, a good internet connection, quietness, and a comfortable bed were important to us. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping. Fourth, the plasma TV (it's huge!). You rarely find such large TVs in rental accommodations. Fifth, the pool. It's 12-13 meters long and 1.2 meters deep. An ideal place to relax. We swam and had fun every morning and evening, always by ourselves. Most of the time, there was practically no one else around. It seemed like most guests were staying for short periods. The sea was a 16-minute walk away. It was always different. Our stay has ended, and we are leaving. We highly recommend this place!

Everything was fine. Parking is available, and housekeeping is daily. Our V5 room had a large balcony. Also, there's an alpaca on site!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 25-day stay here. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and we received 2 bottles of water and toiletries each day. The location is great, not noisy at all. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel, so it never felt crowded. The rooms are modern and have everything you need for a long stay.

Everything was very comfortable and convenient. It's a 15-minute walk to one beach and 30 minutes to Kata Noi Beach, with massage parlors along the way. Our room had a microwave, so we made our own breakfasts, which was very budget-friendly. The room was clean with a pleasant white and gray interior. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything felt very comfortable. Plus, you can even swim in the pool.

Very clean and spacious room, though there aren't many shops around. However, the price is reasonable, and it can accommodate three people comfortably with a large extra bed. It's especially suitable for families traveling together.

Excellent hotel! I recommend it to everyone! I hope to return again! Great location, everything you need is within walking distance!

The villa is superb! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but the area is peaceful and quiet. The walk itself is pleasant, and we were very satisfied. Clean and good.

Everything was incredibly great, though we never made it to breakfast. The location is excellent; all tours offer transfers from this hotel. The pool is absolutely amazing, so convenient to go for a swim at night. The only downside is they provide very little water by default (two 0.5L bottles, which is really not enough for this heat).

Excellent hotel/villa with 8 rooms. Clean, spacious room with all amenities. Located 10-15 minutes from the beach, which might be a downside for those who prefer to be right on the beachfront.
