Reception staff exceptionally friendly. Lobby too warm because no airconditioning. Construction next to our room was a bit annoying in the morning.

This hotel is simply incredible! So stylish and beautiful. We had a room with a small private pool – that was such a cool feature! The breakfasts were also unbelievably delicious, truly giving you a premium vacation feel. It's located in a quiet area, with the beach literally just across the road. Everything you need is nearby: convenience stores, bus stops, and shops. A special thanks to the staff for their excellent English, attention to detail, smiles, and the birthday cake. Great new hotel! It's best to choose a room with a pool view, because the cheapest rooms have no view at all (we booked one of those, but upgraded to a pool access room). The staff are super responsive, the hotel restaurant has delicious salads and coffee, and it's close to the wonderful Surin Beach. Good value for money!

The price was quite high for Chinese New Year, over 5000 for 2 nights, so not great value for money. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, Thai food, and Western dishes at the restaurant were excellent and reasonably priced. However, the hotel pool is too small, I'd guess only about 20*30 meters, which really made me not want to get in. Surin Beach, where the hotel is located, is also quite boring; it's nowhere near as good as the top three beaches in Phuket for water sports activities, and there are no unique streets nearby for entertainment or dining. I'd recommend trying to stay at one of the top three beaches instead: Patong, Kata, or Karon.

Heartfelt recommendations. This hotel is small and quiet, and the sea is just a stone's throw away. If you have breakfast on the terrace, you can even see it. I’ve been to Outrigger in Koh samui where I Had a BLAST. Outrigger Phuket is a Brand new hotel, very clean, nice surf and beach decorations and a great gym facility that I enjoyed. The breakfast is amazing! It’s super tasty a great amount of choices, egg station, fresh free smoothies, a real latte! Seriously the food there is super good! The staff is so welcoming and so sweet and nice, they need a raise 😝 Beside that I was a bit disappointed by the Surin beach once again that was dirty and a lot of trash. Something need to be done to make the area more welcoming and as good as the hotel standing. The walking to the beach is a sad experience to get to the beach. And it’s a shame, Surin beach as a huge potential, people seems to enjoyed it and a California vibes was there with the surfing 🏄 . I am not sure I will be back because of the beach. Anyway great job for Outrigger Phuket it self, thank you for the stay.
