The hotel reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness in turning on the fans for us while we were waiting for our Grab in the hot weather. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of space to move around comfortably. The location is also very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and several massage shops, famous Thai restaurants, and 7-Eleven within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service, a comfortable room, and a convenient location.

Overall, I had a great stay! The hotel is super convenient if you want to be near the action without sleeping in the middle of the noise. Clean room, friendly staff, and smooth check-in. My only minor thing was that breakfast felt a bit repetitive after a couple of days, but there are so many cafes nearby that it wasn't a big deal for me. Would definitely consider coming back!"

Stayed at Best Western Patong Beach during my Phuket trip. Everything was generally quite standard, nothing overly luxurious but comfortable enough for a short stay. The room size was good and didn’t feel cramped. One of the better points is definitely the location — only around 5 minutes walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, so food, shopping and convenience were all nearby. Service and facilities were decent overall, but there were a couple of issues during the stay. I noticed ants crawling around the tables in the room, which housekeeping should improve on. Soundproofing was also not great, and noise from outside or neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard quite clearly. Overall, still a convenient and reasonable stay if location matters more than luxury and you mainly need a well-located base in Patong.

It was not good to stay in this hotel. You can find much better property on the same road. Lots of insects are already in the room. As we arrived so we found a 🕷️ spider on the bed , then till morning we found lots of ants on the table and a water kattle. Overall staff will help you but they will give on diplomatic replies. They asked us to change the room so while changing the room we left our phone charger but we asked them if they found it and they refused it. Maybe their staff stole it.
