One of the cleanest and most luxurious hotels I've ever rented. It's located near Patong Beach. The resort is clean, quiet, and the staff are incredibly polite and sophisticated. They even offered us a welcome drink during check-in. If you're hesitant about booking, don't be! Some hotels look different from their pictures, but this one doesn't disappoint.

I saw a review claiming that Novotel is a 'Pullman on a budget,' but that's not accurate. The hotel itself is an older build (from 1996), and you can see that in all the furniture and decor. The staff, like all Thais, are helpful and always smiling. We got an upgrade to a sea-view room – the view really is beautiful. As for the grounds: it's not like they're non-existent, but there's no real point to them :)

A great place for a relaxing vacation. From the balcony, you can enjoy the glittering sea view and the sunset-filled sky, which is truly refreshing. It's easy to get around, and shopping is convenient with plenty of massage places and 7-Eleven stores nearby. You can also take the hotel's car to Big C for more shopping. It's a fantastic resort, so good I extended my stay for a few more days!
