It's good value for money, only a little over 200 yuan per night. The location is in Chalong, which is quite far from most tourist areas. It's near Wat Chalong but far from the beach. But apart from the location, everything else is OK.

I don’t recommend everyone to come here because the cleaners stole our eye cream and face cream, which is outrageous! ! ! I picked it up specially. My friend had some leftover lancome eye cream, so I just emptied it! I had just opened 10 days of SKII facial cream, and 1/3 of it was stolen from me. This kind of thief's behavior is very shameful! ! !

Very good hotel. Lots of greenery. There are three swimming pools. Clean rooms. Birds chirp in the morning. There is a cafe you can eat at the hotel. But the location of the hotel is in the ass of the world. There is not a single normal cafeteria nearby. Without a moped you will be cut off from the world.

The environment and service are very good, suitable for taking children on vacation. Worth mentioning is their restaurant, every dish is delicious and the freshly squeezed drinks are great.

Оставались в этом отделе второй год подряд. Влюблены в него всей душой💔 1. Расположение: Если вы на байке - это идеальный вариант. До найхарн, до олд тауна в пхукете ехать около 20-25 минут. До западного побережья также недолго. Отель равноудален от всех основных мест и это очень удобн. Соседняя улица с отелем - знаменитая спортивная улица (Soi Ta-iad). Там столько вкусных кафе с шикарной кухней! Много кафе с ориентиром на пп-блюда с подсчетом калорий. На любой вкус, высокие рейтинги, будто все спортсмены едят там) 2. Сам отель шикарный. Вся внутренняя территория в различных растениях, цветах, пальмах. 3 бассейна под открытым небом и пальмами это что-то💔 Хорошая зона у бассейнов с лежаками, креслами Брали «Роскошный номер». При входе большая гостевая комната с диваном, ТВ, кухней и балконом. И отдельно большая спальня с кинг-сайз кроватью. На балконе стоит большое круглое кресло. прямо над балконом свисает пальма, шелест которой был слышен из комнаты🥹 3. В отеле можно брать пляжные полотенца. Сотрудники очень приветливы и всегда готовы помочь. 4. В отеле есть спорт зал. Немаленький, некоторые тренажеры уже подуставшие, но много гантель и разного оборудования, с которым можно качественно позаниматься. Также есть отдельная комната для йоги, качественные коврики, панорамные окна с видом на пальмы. 5. При отеле есть кафе, где можно поесть, цены очень приятные. Люблю это место всей душой.

I stayed at Coco Retreat for four weeks and I’m genuinely sad to leave. Everything was amazing for my trip. I came to train Muay Thai and wanted somewhere close to Fitness Street, but not directly on the street so I could also relax. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect. It’s only about a ten-minute walk to Fitness Street, so it’s still very convenient if you’re training every day. The staff were fantastic. From the reception team to the girls in the restaurant, the cleaners, and even the pool staff, everyone was always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. As I said, everyone was great, but a special thanks to Pim, who first checked me in and was amazing throughout my stay. The rooms were excellent and left spotless every time they were cleaned. The food and drinks were also great and very reasonably priced. I’d also like to thank Filip, the owner, for the chats about mental health and wellbeing. He gave me so much to think about regarding my life and business. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely amazing stay! Coco Retreat Phuket is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for relaxation. The staff are incredibly kind and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a view that made every morning special. The food was fresh and delicious — especially the Thai dishes! It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy authentic Thai hospitality. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating getaway in Phuket. 🌴✨

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room smelt of damp. Maintenance issues all around hotel. House keeping not so good. Menu very basic no fresh fish on menu. No local supermarket. No ATM in walking distance. No street food in walking distance. No local beach. Have to have taxi everywhere.
