Location of this hotel hotel is nice because it’s close to the beach. But the service is not warm welcoming. and this hotel if you are a smoker, you can’t smoke inside because they don’t have balconies. So you have to pick your ass down and smoke outdoors. 

Simple rooms, but everything you need. The rooms that gave away from the street aren’t very noisy. It was very clean, appreciated the extra water left outside the door, even when I didn’t want my room cleaned. Location is great as it is near the beach, the bus stops and bars. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

I chose the hotel because of its location, proximity to the sea, markets, 7-Eleven and breakfasts. Three minutes to the sea, seven across the road. Breakfasts are poor, but you can choose something. In general, for this money, everything is good.

The location is next to the beach, there are a lot of cafes nearby and all the partying, Karon beach is the most normal in Phuket for me, since we are from the seaside region and live by the sea, the breakfasts are good, the room is basically clean, the air conditioner works, water is given every day, towels are changed. Yes, the music in the cafe opposite screams until one in the morning (but we knew about it). Of the minuses, there is no elevator. For its price, the hotel is good. Trip did not disappoint, as many wrote, thank you. The deposit was returned without problems. The Wi-Fi is normal. If you are a family with small children, then you need a hotel in a quiet place and with a pool and naturally more expensive. So, it's up to you to choose.

The hotel has two advantages - location: the beach is across the road, restaurants too, 7/11 market is also across the road, bus stop, ideal. The second advantage is the price, it is very economical compared to the rest. A good factor is the adjacent restaurant “Louis Kitchen” where breakfasts are served (very monotonous, but taste good - boiled eggs, fried eggs, can give you a present - the cook is standing at the stove, ham, chicken sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, potatoes fried in curry, Asian noodles or vegetables with pork or TomYam, rice, pineapples, watermelons, dragon fruit, toasts, juices from the machine, tea, coffee, jams 2 types. - so every day, you will not remain hungry, but it gets a little boring on the 4-5th day of stay. They cook well, during the day it is powerful to order from the menu, there were no poisonings. The staff who clean the rooms - tries very hard, washes away the sand, removes garbage, puts shower gels every day, the room is clean, we left a tip of 50-100 baht. But the bed was sometimes made with stains (in the photo) they simply cannot be washed off, this is of course unacceptable in hotels (( here is a minus for the hotel administration, and not only for this, you need to deal with the hotel, analyze the rooms, service (not to mention cleaning - there is simply none, well, except that they give clean towels to the beach, again, if you do not bring a towel from the beach right away to the reception - they will deduct a deposit from you and say sorry! This is just shocking!!! In general, I give the administrators and the manager a big minus and a rating of 2!! Reception -3! The staff cleaning the rooms -4. Now the minuses Only the deluxe room has a balcony, the rest of the rooms only have a window. There are few deluxe rooms. In the photo, it is exactly that. The view from the window onto the inner courtyard is in the photo, this is good because it is quiet and you can’t hear noise from the street, but the view itself leaves much to be desired. The hotel is tired, the wooden doors are old, the air conditioner is old but cools normally. The room is certainly not a deluxe level, there is something to compare it to, it is scary to imagine what is in the standard rooms 🙈. The hotel looks like a hostel - two 3-story buildings with long corridors and stairs. The reception is on the 1st floor next to the restaurant. What I didn't like especially!!! They only give you one key per room and even if you want to walk separately, you will beg and ask for another key, they will refuse you and just pretend that you are not there. They refuse to give you a second blanket, only one and that's it, and asking is useless. The reception is not very interested in solving your problems. When we checked in, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, it was just dangling, I showed it to the reception, they said oh wow, send a video, I sent it. That's all. I had a screwdriver with me and after 4 days of waiting I fixed it myself. It would be nice if the hotel learned to listen to its guests and the reception would try to solve problems, help, and not wave them away like annoying flies with a dissatisfied face ((( it was unpleasant ((( In general, the hotel can be considered, but I don’t want to go there a second time. I can only recommend it for a low-budget vacation. But you have to remember that in Phuket, the hotel is far from the most important thing, but a comfortable stay is no less important!

We took it as a temporary place to stay, so that we could rent it for a couple of months. It's good that we didn't stay there permanently. There are a lot of cockroaches running around the room, they live in the mattress. The staff is aware of this and the most they could do was give them a spray that kills them locally. The next day a new batch crawls in)). Everything is shabby and run-down, I knew that you can't check into rooms with windows facing the street, so I asked for a room with an exit to the courtyard. If you go to this hotel, do not take rooms with windows facing the street under any circumstances, otherwise you won't sleep until one in the morning)))

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk along the busiest street of Karon in the evening, as it is located right there. Our windows overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet at night. Cosmetic repairs are fresh. The walls were recently repainted, the mattress is comfortable, quite hard, as I like. When booking, I indicated that we were newlyweds, and they upgraded our room to Deluxe for free and added late check-out. It was very nice. The only nuance was that the water was not very hot. It seems that since it was cloudy, the water did not heat up from the sun. But after contacting the reception, the water became warm, as if from a flow-through boiler. Cleaning was every day. Towels were changed every 2 days. Beach towels were given out at the reception upon request. I liked staying at the hotel.

I do not recommend considering this hotel for a holiday. Rest in the hotel will be difficult because of the loud music in the lobby and the noise of other rooms. Cleaning is not done, towels are not changed. The only plus is the buffet breakfast and the distance from the sea.

The location is good for a hotel, only the price tag is raised quite a bit in the season! The hotel needs some cosmetic repairs

The reception is not friendly, they don't even try to find a dialogue. In other hotels they turn on the translator on the phone, but these don't even try to explain what we didn't understand. With breakfasts, no donuts, either go down to the restaurant or order in the room. The room itself is so-so, it seemed clean but the way they greeted us, all desire to stay there disappeared. But in general, the location is good. There is a lot of Russian cuisine nearby. The sea is across the road.

The hotel is located in a rather noisy place, but the room is quiet. I liked the location of the hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach. Every day they brought drinking water in bottles. The rooms are old. There is no elevator, you have to drag your luggage yourself

Excellent hotel, I don't understand why people write negative reviews. They cleaned every day, the location is super, hundreds of cafes and shops around, the sea is 150 meters away. When checking in, they take a deposit of 100 bucks / 2,000 baht, they returned it without any problems. If you are checked in on the side where the cafes/bars are, it is noisy until 02:00, it did not bother us. If it is critical for you, you can ask to be checked in on the quiet side.

The hotel corresponds to the description, the room is the same as in the photo. The location is great. But, there is one huge BUT! Opposite, across the street there are 24-hour establishments where they will scream in karaoke until 5 am. The windows are thin. It is impossible to fall asleep. We spent one night there. I think it will be simply impossible to live there permanently.
