Wonderful hotel and wonderful hosts! Friends, thank you to everyone who writes reviews; thanks to you, I chose this amazing hotel for my first stay in Phuket and I'm very happy with it! The hosts are wonderful people, we became friends with everyone! The staff are also very kind-hearted women! We loved everyone there with all our hearts ☺️. Kata Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, markets, pharmacies. There's 24/7 access to bread and a toaster, jams, butter, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, powdered milk, sugar, and carefully sliced watermelon in the fridge! It's so touching, pleasant, and cozy ☺️. Drinking water is provided daily, and they clean frequently, change linens and towels, and restock shampoo/shower gel/soap. Everyone is always ready to help! There's a viewing platform on the roof! You can borrow beach towels, bamboo mats, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the beach for free. We are in love with this place and adore Sam and Ki! It's so warm, cozy, and simply great there! We will definitely be back!

This is an excellent hotel for its price. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a 7/11 nearby and plenty of cheap cafes if you venture further down the street. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The air conditioner is quiet and conveniently located, so it doesn't blow directly on you at night. Minor drawbacks include: It's a bit tough to carry suitcases up to the higher floors. The chargers and electrical appliances kept falling out of the sockets. They definitely need to be replaced. The water in the shower takes a long time to heat up. Overall, it's a good option for 1-2 nights. It might feel a bit cramped for a longer stay, especially for two people.

Comfortable family home, the stay was cozy and easy to communicate with the staff, I was very satisfied with the choice, and the proximity to the infrastructure was a huge plus)

This is an excellent hotel for a relaxing getaway. The room is cleaned daily, so it's always spotless. It has everything you need, and coffee and toast are included in the price, which is a lifesaver in the mornings! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance: the beach, market, and shops. You can even see the Big Buddha from the window. The staff are friendly and polite. Sam, the owner, is very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone! We had a great vacation.

This was our second visit to Kata Island and our second time stay at this hotel, and it remains our top choice. We love the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, cozy beds, and well-maintained bathrooms. The service is outstanding, with a clear emphasis on maintaining high cleanliness standards. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kata Beach, with mats, umbrellas, and towels provided for convenience. Everything you need is nearby, including 7-Eleven, local eateries, street food stalls, shops, and massage and spa centers. We will definitely be returning again. The room is clean and bright. The location is superb, everything is nearby. The host is very responsive and helped with buying ferry tickets and arranging a transfer there. Excellent 👍

The owner/host was very welcoming and friendly. Facilities: The room still uses a traditional physical key for the door, which was a minor inconvenience compared to modern key card systems. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Service: The hospitality from the staff was excellent.

Very close to the beach with excellent views. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed. I had a pleasant stay as a solo traveler.
